I ordered some chandeliers from them that arrived damaged, and I wanted to return all of them because they are paper thin not at all as they appeared on their website! They delivered them a week late and ever since then I have been on the phone with them every single day and emailing them back-and-forth for three weeks now and they’re still are trying to get a return label from the freight company or so I am told! I don’t understand how this company is even in business! When you call them they keep you on hold for an hour and just keep giving you the runaround.

I have one guy who I have been communicating with from their Customer Service department, Johnjon, he has told me that he has been contacting them via email almost every day and he hasn’t been able to get a response from them. He has no way of communicating with them other than via email.

I wish I had read the reviews About this company before I placed my order, I would have never done business with them as I see many other customers had the same issues with them!

I ordered 2 relatively expensive chandeliers from this site. Due to them allowing me to stack 2 coupon codes, I’ll be the first to admit that I ordered them at a steal. At the time of order placement, I was quoted 3 day shipping or a $25 credit. After 2 days with no shipping email, I decided to check my order status. Conveniently, these chandeliers were now back ordered and not expected for 3 months. Had I not proactively checked myself, I would have never known as no communication of this change had been sent. The kicker was these fixtures are indeed not on back order. I reached out to both the manufacturer as well as other retailers, all of which have plenty of stock. I tried to reach out to customer service to address the issue but instead was disconnected from chat twice after 30 mins each (quoted 2 mins), and left on hold on the phone for an hour and half before my phone died. Oddly enough, I received an email update while on hold with customer service. I then tried responding to their email and of course, no response. I have since cancelled this order (still waiting on my $1400 refund). My next stop will be a credit card dispute and filing with the BBB, and beyond. Be better.

We ordered fans on 2/5/24. We did not like them and reached out to the company to return them on 2/13/24. They replied that they would send us an authorization number so we could process the return but now it’s 3/27/24, seven weeks later, and I have not received the information needed to process the return. Also, I got an email stating that I had not communicated on the matter “for a while” so the “ticket” was closed and that I would have to open another ticket. I feel like I’m getting the runaround. I have never had such a difficult time making a return. BE CAREFUL, You may not be able to return something if you do not like it.

buyer beware - you will get the run around if your item is defective. bought 4 ceiling fans - 1 is defective. i am now out approx $400 and there is no one to help. good luck getting a live person - call sales they will answer but after that - there is no one - enjoy chatting with a bot - very poor business practice.

Horrible experience. Stay away. I ordered a light fixture and the wrong item was sent. They have zero interest in righting their wrong. I was asked to provide an order number that was supposed to be on the box. There was no order number. They had no interest in helping and tried putting this off on the manufacturer of the item that they didn't send. Shop anywhere else for lighting. They didn't stand up to their mistake.

When I order the item I was told the item would arrive a week later. The item didn't arrive and I didn't receive any information until I called to find out the status. I received an email advising it would arrive 6 weeks later. After waiting 2 months and $1140.00 in limbo (no item and no money). I received an item that needed to be put together, like something that was purchased from IKEA or Walmart.
The description stated:

Due to its large size, this product will be shipped via freight truck and not small parcel.

The statement above leads one to believe it is coming by freight. I've received all my furniture by freight. Freight leads one to believe it is coming put together.....it came by Fedex like the mirror i received 30 minutes later.

I called and spoke to customer service. She wasn't rude but not customer service oriented. She told me to return it and purchase it from your competitor whom sells it already put together.

I ordered a large chandelier from 1StopLighting that turned out to be too large. I took it to UPS to return it, and they told me that shipping would be more than $300!! So I replied to an email from 1StopLighting and told them about it. They immediately offered to give me their rate for returning it and deduct it from my refund. I was very pleased with their service!!
