My wife and I have been interested in accent/security lighting around the house and have a few AV needs. I saw a positive review from our community on 365 Lighting & Automation and inquired for a consult and price. They did a masterful job explaining the options and really worked with us closely on solutions that fit our lifestyle. Within days they were at our residence executing to the plan with the ability to make small changes based on field conditions. Communication throughout the consult and installation was superb and their pricing was very fair compared to competitors in the space.

I really loved their Customer focus and attention to detail. They really took the time to 'hear' us and proposed solutions that worked great. 100% will use them again. Well done.

So far Andrew has done our security and camera system, trim lights, cabinet lighting and landscape lighting. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing with each project completed. We cannot say enough about the quality and attention to detail of his work. He truly cares and takes time to show you how everything works. Andrew came highly recommended and I knew why immediately. Unlike other security “Professionals” 365 Lighting & Automation actually take security serious and aren’t just trying to sell you a system and then let some big company do the monitoring, you’ll be monitored by the same people that monitor their families. Andrew and his team have worked for all the big security companies and know how they work. I left the door wide open to let him upsell me on my free consultation and he actually talked me out of some of the options I thought I might need. Not only was he clearly knowledgeable about far more than security, but he listened to what I was looking for and then added his insight for my residence specifically. The quote was detailed and more than reasonable with no contract to sign, just a handshake that I would give him 3 months and if I wasn’t 100% satisfied at any time I was free to cancel. If that wasn’t enough, the real testament came when the installation occurred. What seemed like a fairly simple job turned in to a wiring nightmare but Andrew and Kevin stayed until they had all three floors up and running when most would have rescheduled a later date to finish up. To add another layer of goodness, I kept throwing more at them like adding an outlet to a closet and adding an outlet and hide the wiring behind a TV that was hung. Not sure what Andrew and his team can’t do but I intend to find out as I use them for all my future needs. I already had him come out and do my internal lighting to give it an updated look and add function but I’ll save that for another review. Thank you Andrew and Kevin for everything.
