Please do not buy from this company unless you can troubleshoot and fix the product yourself (which defeats the point of them offering a warranty). They must be out of business, going out of business, or just purposely ignoring customers while still selling products they won't provide customer service/support for. It's Nov 2024, I've been having issues with my StellaPro Reflex for about a month. Owned for 10 months (received in Jan 2024 after waiting a month for them to deliver), light is still under warranty. Initially contacted them on the 7th. Got an email the same day requesting additional info (even though the info they needed I included in the initial contact). Sent the info they requested. Nothing ever since. Tried calling the number they have on the website and in the email, and it goes straight to a message telling people to email (which they won't respond to). I started looking up reviews and researching to see if other people are having the same issue and it's obvious they are ignoring anyone with an issue. They're selling off these lights/products, but providing zero customer support and not honoring the warranty for the product. Website isn't updated, social media pages aren't updated, and anyone they've used influencer-wise to push they're products have jumped ship. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Update. They very generously resolved the technical issue for me. Absolutely love my lights and really appreciate how customer service got back on the issue and took care of business. Again I love these lights. Best I have seen.
Prior comment. The customer service function. Got back and running and has responded with an apology and offer to help me get the product repaired. I’m happy again. I love these lights and look forward to doing business. Thank you.

Amazing customer service! Bought a dive light from a nearby dive shop, worked great for a while but eventually had an issue causing it to not work properly, dive shop told me to contact Light & Motion and they were able to take a look at it and get it repaired that day for free under warranty. Could not ask for a better experience, the people working there were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to solve my issue immediately. Will absolutely be buying any other equipment from this company in the future.

Sadly, I have had such a bad experience with light and motion thus far. I recently purchased a diving light and was really excited to use it on an upcoming trip. When I first tried to use the light, it would not work, I spent a few hours, trying to troubleshoot and go through all the suggestions, but to no avail. I contacted the company and they said that they would replace the light but they wanted me to call when I got back from my trip to request a replacement. This seemed ridiculous as I was returning in a few days and I asked if they just said the replacement out immediately. They said they would. It is now two weeks later, and I still have not received anything. I have made three additional calls to the company and never had any returned. I want to like this product, but the customer service is horrible and I definitely regret spending so much money on something that doesn't even work.

Excellent Customer Service. The mounting post on my Urban light broke off in the mount, just like Sarah's photo shows. I hope they address the issue of the posts breaking. As a precaution I will use the lanyard loop with the new light. I contacted support via their web site the night it happened. I filled out the form, uploaded a scan of my receipt, it is essential to keep for this reason, it was within the 2 year warranty. I received an email the next day, with a code to replace my light for free or apply it to an upgrade, a 120.00 dollar value. I assume the value was based on the light I had originally purchased. My replacement is on the way. No issues with the actual light produced, good runtimes, pulse mode great for day, or evening into night riding, great light patterns on the road or trail. I have used the older HID and Vega lights. I currently use an Urban on the handle bar, Vibe Pro on my helmet, and Vibe tail light on the bike. I really like those.

I purchased a Vis Pro headlight system and it worked great for a Year (+ or-), and then the USB port on the device stopped working. I took it into my favorite bike shop, Bicycle Trip. They contacted your company and you replaced it with no cost to me. Thank you!!! Awesome products and great customer service!!!

Stay seen, stay safe! Undoubtedly the best bike lights on the market. I’ve been using my urban 650 for the past 5 years and my only compliant is that I didn’t order a 2nd for my helmet ?

Great for daily commuting and an amazing light for nighttime riding. The company stands behind their work and if you ever have any trouble, don’t hesitate to reach out as they will do everything within their power to get you lit up!
