I checked into several places when looking to get two table lamp cords transformed for European plugs to domestic ones. Out of the three places I called, all very capable of doing the job, Blake came across as the most genuine person I spoke to, had better price-points, and spoke confidentiality that he could fulfill my request. And boy did he! We are super impressed with the work that Blake and team performed, and the lights that were installed (had to swap out sockets too) were beautiful! I wasn't expecting that touch because I only asked to fix it, not add light bulbs, but I'm glad he did! Blake made great, soft lighting choices, which gave the lamp that much more character. Great initiative Blake!

If you're still reading, I'll go back to one of my initial remarks. "Blake was the most genuine person I spoke to..." I lost my mother, unexpectedly a week after Thanksgiving. I am beyond crushed... Blake's warmth and kindness meant the world to me, and he never knew my situation. I expounded on this just to say, "be kind when you can. You never know what a person may be dealing with." Thank you Blake.

The owner of the store is a man named Blake. I have been going to him for over twenty years because he always tells the truth; works with me on prices that are affordable; and besides being such a good honest guy, he has great products. I love him and I love the way he runs his business

I've been going to Illumination for at least 18 years. Blake, the owner, is so helpful. I love small businesses where attention and customer satisfaction is important. His fixtures are amazing and not at all overpriced. Love Illumination.
