Friendly when purchasing. Gave us 6 week estimated waiting period, ended up waiting 4 months. Never called us for any status updates. We had to call to ask about furniture, never apologized for extended wait. One lady just said " you were told a 6 week waiting period" and that's it. This is after waiting over 3 months for piece. Asked for refund after waiting 3 months, would not accommodate, just told us to keep waiting. Again, not one apology for the inconvenience of waiting so long. Delivery crew were nice though after finally getting piece after 4 months. Nice furniture but poor poor service. Never buy there again.

The sales team are friendly however when it comes to having the furniture delivered in a timely fashion it's a whole different story. Dealing with Anthony to get a dining room set for my wife has been a most unpleasant experience. The lack of professionalism is sad. They have a significant non-refundable deposit and it feels as the furniture is being held hostage. Think twice before purchasing custom furniture from this store. It's expensive and not an overall pleasant experience.

Anthony and his team were extremely helpful when it came to ordering business furniture for my offices and made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.They helped me pick out colors that would match well and furniture that would outlast constant wear and tear.
This however, fails in comparison to the help they gave me when my father became ill.
Anthony went out of his way to help me find a prefect chair for my father and let him heal as comfortably as possible. Their compassion made what could have been extremely stressful, much easier.
There are no words for the gratitude I have and I will be back for any future furniture needs.

Fabulous Store in Santa Rosa. A Hometown Gem. Great People, Great Furniture. This is what "Shop Local" is about. No need to go to the mass produced, big box stores, instead buy quality that will last and keep your money in the community.

I didn't even get to the store. The website is so completely outdated i deemed it not worth my time. The furniture categories are antiquated to even begin searching for pieces.
