Where are all these 'great, helpful, knowledgeable ' people when I used to go there!?
I needed a lot of various nuts and bolts. A friendly enough gentleman helped me. Well, as I put my items on the counter to pay, I was informed that I hadn't marked (priced) each of my 16 bags of loose items!?
Although it was posted ( I didn't see it) , the helper never mentioned it. I left without a purchase and haven't been back ÷/

What a great store we have never been to an Ace Hardware, but now it is the only Hardware store will be going to.

All the staff is happy and knowledgeable.

They will also help you carry your things out.

The parking is great

And they allow dogs 🐩🐕‍🦺

Your average Ace hardware. All the tools you need to get the job done. They also have section of toys, such as plastic and beach balls. Large parking lot for a store this size,so you should not worry about parking.

I usually come to ACE to beat the line and because it is closer to home. It’s a quick and good experience the past times I have been. Today was just wow! Awful experience!I was “helped” by cashier SAM. I purchased a super glue and went home to my avail the glue was hardened and was of no use. So I wasted my time and gas. I came back to get a replacement. This time I made sure to squeeze the product to make sure it was liquid still. Well their supply (≈$11 each) were all hardened. I then picked another super glue and went to the cashier to check out. I told the cashier of the situation and she had the nerve to tell me that she can’t return it and resell the item because I’ve opened it. So, in other words it’s my fault the product is like that and that I’m not getting my money back. Without spilling my anger I showed her that it’s not my fault by showing her that the other products are the same way. ( I let Sam know so she can fix the problem and take out the product so it won’t happen to other customers but little did she care.) Luckily the manager was there and told her to return the item and give me my money back. Sam really needs to be taught customer service. Its very unfortunate to say but she is a literal bird brain. When she was checking out the other item she LITERALLY asked me if I wanted to buy the other defective item 🤦‍♂️. Hopefully this is only a one time occurrence because I have been coming here for years.

Pretty good neighborhood hardware store, might not find everything you're looking for as it's one of their smallest stores.....but pretty much carries your everyday needs
