DO NOT BUY this cabinets.Almost every cabinet that I order have damage or scratches that can not be touch up .They tray to send me a new pieces but they came even more damaged.Look I know that they are cheep cabinets but some quality is a must.
Rep here in Colorado is not responsive ignoring the problem.

If you want to safe headache and frustration go with some one else.

I bought a brand new home and the cabinet doors are falling off and there is a crack in another. I had an appointment for them to come fix it and no one showed up. Had another appointment the following week and the day before the appointment I received a call stating they wanted to schedule me an appointment. I advised them I already had an appointment the following day. They claimed they did not show an appointment for me but could schedule me for the next week. That's two days I have taken off work for this issue and it is still not resolved. This company has no accountability and poor customer service. I would not recommend them as I am not a happy customer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a new home and had the unfortunate pleasure of the builder using this horrible company for my cabinets.

The cabinets came unaligned, the drawers don't open and close properly, they "forgot" to install the upgrade options for soft close cabinets and drawers and installed the wrong color cabinets, two of the vanity drawers fell off during the move in inspection and they installed the whole island wrong.

Needless to say it's a list of issues that's been going on for more than 100 days and they have yet to send a single tech out, even after legal action was taken against them. Objectively this company is unaccountable, incompetent and actively engaged in untrustworthy and disreputable business practices.

I'm a dealer and the only reason I use them is because I cant find anyone cheaper.
Customer service is horrible! our phantom rep. is non existent and the product is horrible!
For now I guess I'll keep sucking it up until I can find someone else at their price point that has a better quality product.

These cabinets are terrible. I bought a new house and ever since I moved in, we've scheduled repairs due to dings and scratches on the wood. One of the service men told me I should get to cooking instead of inspecting and finding defects in the cabinetry. I'm very disappointed with this product. The cabinetry is poor quality... The latest defect happened this morning ... A piece of wood attached under the sink just fell out of the blue ... From the looks of it.. it was just being held together by a few staples. One of the service men stated and I quote "What do you expect? It's a cheap product."

Got their cabinets in a new home. Even paid 4K for upgraded thermofoil (black and white Tsuki). The look is horrible - thermofoil is not properly aligned so you can see particle board through the edges! Lots of fixes on cabinets being done with regular white paint. Thermofoil edges are peeling off after short time. Bunch of doors are falling apart after 2 years.

Bought a new home and the brackets holding the drawer faces on have been breaking ever since I moved in. The company replaced the first few brackets, but they stopped returning my phone calls. Poor quality. Wood faces of cabinet doors has been rubbing away.

Poor quality cabinets. Installer left at 1130 for lunch, cleared all my counter tops, 2:10pm still has not returned. Called his manager Patrick, no answer, left VM. Called RSI who contacts Patrick, still waiting. This is the third time they have returned without all the outstanding items to complete the job. WOW!! And now this. Called RSI again, miscommunication? NOT!. We (on speaker) clearly heard Patrick say the installer could proceed. Installer clearly said he was going to lunch first. Clearly this was no miscomm. Unfortunately we already closed escrow. Lesson: make sure all the cabinet & island are complete (knobs, scratches, protruding nails, cracked/shredded wood, wrong doors, crooked doors, large gaps betw base and doors, shotty work etc.) are in place prior to closing escrow.
