Had my panel replaced by Rick. The experience was favorable until I noticed how he damaged my new roof. There was arguement and eventually he repaired the roof. Overall, i had to keep checking in with him because there were periods of silence for months. Took over 6 months to finally get the permit closed off. Can't argue that he is knowledgeable but not very professionally when conflict arises. Would not hire him again.

Very happy customer. We gladly recommend Howell Electric. Rick and his assistant were very knowledgeable from the initial phone call to the completed project. His quote was fair and reasonable. You could tell they have experience. Right when they arrived at our home they proved their experience because they knew exactly what needed to be done and it was done quickly and with care. They were polite and courteous and made me feel at ease. If we ever have any other electrical needs we will definitely be contacting them again.

I was looking for a licensed electrician to do some electrical wiring in my home in Rancho Cucamonga. My brother recommended Howell Electrical as they do the commercial electrical work at his dental office in Poway. He said as emergency electricians they have a really good response time and always do it right initially so that he has never had to call them back for the same electrical problem. I had Howell do a couple of ceiling fan installations and electrical wiring during our open kitchen remodeling project. They worked well around the other contractors and I couldn't have asked for better service from a home improvement company. They explained balancing and other interior lighting and dimming features that I wasn't aware of. I will never have to look for another residential electrician after such a great experience. Plus the price was really fair. I am lucky my brother found them and I would highly recommend them to others too. I have already given their number to my neighbor who was looking for someone to do some electrical repairs on their backyard LED exterior lighting. Howell Electric has already done the initial electrical inspection and troubleshooting and gave them a good price to get it working again. The Lopez Family

Rick came to our rescue and found our problem within the first hour. Before finding him we had 9 previous electricians come out and none of them were able to pin point our problem. I called this morning for them to come out because I was having trouble with my circuits and the man that I spoke with gave me directions how to fix it right over the phone. Howell Electric has been to my home for electrical repairs twice now. The first time was electrical troubleshooting why the interior lighting on my ceiling fan wouldn't come on (even though the fan was working). It turned out the electrical wiring wasn't done properly initially and the second time was for exterior lighting. I had purchased some LED lighting kits for around my spa and needed a home electrician to install them. They are licensed electricians who do quality electrical work and are extremely prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. I like that the residential electricians explain their work so that I know what's done. I will call them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to others needing an emergency electrician (or not so urgent electrical service) of any kind.
