My daughter in law and I went to Matress Firm, where we buy our mattresses since 2018. We were getting mattresses for my grandkids knowing what we need, but not which mattress to get and ROSE was so nice to give us suggestions, showing us what sales they had on mattresses as well as sheets and covers, which we also bought. We are very pleased with her attentiveness and good customer service. We plan on going back for pillows and maybe another mattress! We’ll definitely refer Rose to family, friends and YOU!! I recently purchased a king-size mattress from Mattress Firm, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic, thanks to Paul. Stay away from Mattress Firm and Purple Mattress, especially if you have children.

My wife and I purchased a mattress from them and they came up with every excuse not to honor the warranty. They found a stain and said because of that they would not replace the mattress, mind you the reason we called is the sides are sagging and you can feel the coils coming through the gel on the sides. This appears to be a common problem if you check out Purple Mattress Reviews on Facebook and neither Mattress Firm or Purple Mattress seem interested in addressing the concerns of their customers.

Purple's warranty reads: This warranty shall not apply if Purple determines in its reasonable discretion that the mattress or foundation had been damaged, abused, neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: tears, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, folds, footprints, burns, cuts or signs of jumping on the bed, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or blood or bodily fluids or other fluids or damage from weather or sun exposure. So in short we are going to look for any excuse not to honor our warranty.

Mattress Firms customer service is a joke also. I had to tell their automated service that i wanted to buy a bed before it would actually transfer me to a person.
From there we were able to finally set up a time to have their investigator come out to our home to inspect the condition of our bed. The only thing he was concerned about though was finding a reason not honor the warranty instead of trying to help us. We had to pay Mattress Firm $80.00 for that service and in response were told how invaluable we are as customers but if we would like to refer someone we will get 20% off our next purchase. Yeah right. At the very least I hope this review costs you all exponentially more than the $3500 it would have cost you in credit to replace our mattress.

Hands-down Mattress Firm is the way to go! We’ve purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm for 20 years and are always 100% satisfied. We’ve built a relationship with the company, we’ve had returns, we’ve had warranties honored, and we’ve had multiple new purchases. Delivery is always seamless, the customer service is amazing. I went in to look around and get some prices, not expecting to walk out with anything on the first visit. Jayne was very helpful from the beginning. Greeted me with a smile, gave me space to look and compare prices, and overall just made me feel at ease with picking out the right mattress and frame.
