In October 2023 l purchased a large number of furniture for my home from The Furniture Spot. I was dealing with the owner Oscar. He was able to get me what I needed at a fair price. As a small business owner I make it a point to support as many small businesses as possible. One of the items I purchased was a rocking recliner chair. I reached out to Oscar of a issue with the chair. He originally communicated that he would swap out the bottom of the chair due to a loud clicking noise while rocking. Several weeks go by and no communication from Oscar. Then, one day I reached out again and he communicated that he is going to replace the chair. Six weeks later after several attempts to try to connect with Oscar or anyone, the chair hasn't been replaced and I can't get ahold of Oscar. I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service I've received after the sale, and because of this I will not be giving the The Furniture Spot anymore of my business. Also, I now have a issue with a dresser I purchased from this place.

Entrance was a bit odd, you have to enter thru Curran Ave. had been shopping around for a specific Ashley Furniture bedroom set. Oscar was able to order it and deliver as promised. Saved me $900.00 from other locations on same exact items. I will be referring Oscar to all my friends and family. DO NOT PASS ON DOING BUSINESS WITH OSCAR! His furniture knowledge was A+.

This was my second purchase and delivery with the Furniture Spot. I can’t tell you enough how happy I was from beginning to the items being delivered and set up. The prices are very fair and the service is a throw back reminder to me of the days when getting personal attention was the norm. I am sorry I cannot remember the names of the very young men who delivered and assembled my furniture but they were fast and efficient as well as courteous and respectful. You will be disappointed with the Furniture Spot and I recommend them highly for your next furniture purchase.

We came into the store to buy a vanity and ended buying so much more! We purchased a bedroom set that was not only gorgeous, but at a decent price. We also purchased a bed for my son, in which Vanessa was helpful, helping us decide on age appropriateness and affordability. Oscar was very efficient and delivered the items at the time we agreed on. Definitely purchasing again in the near future!

Professional courteous staff assisted me with obtain a twin mattress and frame for a reasonable price with no hassle. The help load my pick up truck to transport the items home. I had a great experience and will be back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. They don't care about customers only about their commission and I feel like Oscar tried to swindle me.

Back in June or July i visited this place and found a soft grey faux fur rug that I wanted to buy. it was the same color as my cat(he loves sleeping on anything that matches his fur color) Oscar the manager verbally told me the price was $100(There are no price tags on any of the rugs) I wasn't sure if i wanted to buy right away so i left then came back 3 days later after I decided I was going to buy it but it was sold out(They only keep 1 in stock at a time) Oscar says he will order another one. Fast forward 4 months of me going in and out of The Furniture Spot just to get this rug and after the first few times Oscar gives me his cellphone number so I can text him to see if the rug is there before driving there but shortly after this he leaves the country unbeknownst to me or his employees since they have no idea about the rug i had placed a hold on and I got no response from Oscar. I continue going to this place to see if my rug has arrived and I'm told things like "The truck hasn't come in yet" Or "It's at our other location" for 4 months?!?! Finally Oscar is back from his trip and he says the rug is in stock!? wonderful right? WRONG I get there, he brings out the rug and as i'm getting ready to pay he tries to charge me over $200 for this rug I remind him how much the rug was when I first wanted to buy it months ago and he says I'm wrong and there's no way they would sell it for $100.. He even says I quote: "You should have gotten it in writing"-Oscar the manager. Maybe I should have recorded him telling me the price if I had known he was going to try and swindle me later in the buying process. Wether or not Oscar thinks he was trying to swindle me he changed the price. There are plenty of great furniture stores. This isn't one.

My wife went to this place to order a bed for our son. And they treated her well. Until we called em the very next day to say this bed wasn't going to work. I was told they'd call me back in 5 min. Well here it us now 2 days later and no call back. They will not answer the phone. I have left messages and no one will take the time to call me back. I do not want a refund i just want to get a bigger bed. Their customer service stinks. They will ignore you if you're unsatisfied. Well this here isn't the end. I bet call Curtis would love to hear about this.
