We bought two identical recliners and started having trouble with the cushions on both within a few weeks. We had to follow their repair process which took a few months, but in the end they weren't able to fix them. They stepped up and gave us full credit toward new recliners, which we're very happy with. It was frustrating while it was happening but they stood behind their product in the end.

I gave a two star because people ignore one star ratings. Lazy Boy is pitiful furniture nowadays. I have a 30 year old Lazy Boy recliner that I still love but my 18 month old $2600 electric couch double recliner SUCKS. It was wonderful for the first 9-10 months or so, supportive cushions and all. But very soon the “relaxed” a LOT and are not comfortable at all now. After 12 months and 4 days I finally got ahold of a customer rep who said the 12 month cushion warranty was expired. Nothing I could do. I will never buy another Lazy Boy product.

I had a very pleasant and positive experience today at the lazy boy furniture store in Roseville. The salesperson was pleasant and helpful. Also very knowledgeable about their product. I never felt pressured to purchase any particular item. When ringing up the sale the person doing that was pleasant and explained the process. I will definitely return to that store for future purchases.

Update #2- We have had all our items for 9 months now. We have had to contact customer service 5 times now to have things fixed and it takes more than an hour to get a representative on the phone each time. The fabric we were told was stain resistant and would be great for our kids and dog… it looks dingy and dirty all the time no matter how much I wipe it clean. The back tailgates to our sofa and loveseat fall off all the time leaving the couches looking unfinished. When we tried the couch in the store it was so comfortable you felt like it was hugging you and you wouldn’t want to get up… what we received is hard and the cushions are lopsided leaving your back sore. We thought at first they needed to be broken in but it has only gotten worse. I will not be returning to this store… our cheap sectional from living spaces is more comfortable then these. We have only been let down by la-z-boy in the last year and a half. I would suggest going elsewhere for furniture.

Update - It now has been 10 almost 11 months since we ordered with this store. We have not received our items. The communication has been very limited and as other reviewers said they don’t answer your questions or say they will be in contact and you don’t hear anything until you reach out to them. I tried to contact corporate and they referred me to the store manager who states he is unable to give discounts due to the delay. Our order was a large design and they could care less. The products we tried in store were wonderful but we were told 4-6 months when we ordered. We understand the delays due to COVID but in no way have we felt appreciated. We have even gone to the store to pick items up from our order so we would not have to wait as long for them. We were so very excited to have the design done. There have been items we saw in store we wanted to go back to purchase but at this time we will not be returning to this store.

Original Post- Bryan and Melissa were amazing as a design team. They really listened to what we wanted and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t like.

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable while we were shopping for new furniture! We never felt like he was pushing furniture on us or standing over our shoulders. Will definitely recommend our friends and family to see Steve if they are considering Lazy Boy furniture!

The sales people at Lazy-Boy are always so helpful! Easiest purchase ever, once I made up my mind on the style of chair and the fabric choice. I will have to wait for them to make my chair but I knew that as I was able to choose the fabric I wanted! My last chair lasted over 15 years with grandkids and animals on it. Wouldn’t buy any other brand!!

Never buy anything from La-Z-Boy, you guys. They say it's under warranty, but when it breaks, they say that part isn't covered. $2000 piece of garbage sitting in my living room right now. Tried for 3 months to get them to fix it. Only had it a year. Bought a 5 year warranty. They are stealing money. Zero stars. All good reviews are based on buying experience, not long term quality. This company is selling garbage for a premium price.
