I am writing to tell you all how delighted we are with our fabulous new patio furniture!!! We are thrilled with the quality, the price, the customer and shipping services and the beauty of these products!

The ordering process was so easy; great customer service reps who helped me with a custom order, as we had selected additional pieces beyond the standard configuration.

Wonderful surprises when we opened the boxes! Beautiful and substantial pieces…great thick cushions, quality covers (and the 2-for-1 covers were an added bonus…thank you!!!), amazing design and NO assembly! Fantastic!

The shipment arrived so fast! The shipper was on-time and handled the delivery professionally and efficiently!

I had ordered additional pillows, and 3 were backordered…but, they came within a week!

And, by the way, the clips for holding the pieces together are an ingenious and essential part of the “package!” Our customer service rep suggested that we include them in our order…and, am I glad she did!!! The clips really make the configuration stay connected and enhance the overall enjoyment of the furniture! BRAVO!!

We could not be more happy with our purchase…and would recommend DesignFurnishings to anyone who is looking for a well-priced, high quality addition to their outdoor living environment!

I give 2 stars for quality of the furniture set and probably should do 1 additional star for them answering the phone and questions the few times I called.
We paid over $1k for a set that was allegedly discounted from $2,500. For the quality of this furniture I could've bought a set locally for about $750 but I guess that's the risk your taking when buying online. We have other wicker furniture on our patio and they look and feel much better quality. We'll see how long it lasts.

I was impressed with all the furniture. I flew into Sacramento because I was worried that I might not like it. Wow! All the furniture is beautiful and excellent in quality. Don't be afraid to order online! You won't be disappointed no matter which style you choose. I purchased Soho for my office and Bermuda for my backyard. Deborah was awesome and was extremely helpful and professional. Ask for her!

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that all of my furniture arrived on schedule last Wednesday. Everything arrived undamaged and it all looks FANTASTIC!

I spent a lot of time online and in stores (search began in October) looking at patio furniture but kept coming back to Design Furnishings because of the styles and the prices. As I explained to Debra, I was put off initially by many poor reviews online but I was reassured when I spoke her. I was impressed with how easy she made the ordering process, the furniture shipped same day and I was able to track progress through the delivery company. The local company phoned to confirm delivery a week in advance and confirmed they were on route an hour before their arrival. The second set of covers are arriving today.

I will be ordering some additional pillows and furniture covers as I don't want to ruin this great looking furniture.

At first I didn't order because of some bad reviews I found online but after talking with 2 different people at this company I decided to order a 13 piece seating set and 2 matching lounge chairs. My order was delivered last Friday and I am extremely happy I decided to buy it. It looks great and is very comfortable. I saved a ton compared to every other place I looked. Delivered in just 3 weeks from California to Florida...Nice job.

I placed an order for outdoor furniture and one of the pieces I received was damaged. One box was severely damaged and a piece of furniture was bent, which the company needs to replace.

I have called the company four times and no one has done anything. I spoke to 4 receptionists who told me someone would call me back and no one has. I spoke to the head receptionist who said she would escalate the issue and no one has contacted me. The receptionists claim they can only put a note on my account and a personal shopper will contact me, but that is yet to be seen.

I am beginning to think that I will be stuck with the damaged piece due to horrendous customer service.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from this company. Their website had an inaccurate description of the patio set I ordered and when I called to discuss this with them, the manager was very rude and gave me the choices of just keeping the set I have or buying the missing pieces separately. So now I am stuck with this set, which is not what the website described, or I can return it and have to pay all freight shipping charges and a %15 restocking fee. I will not be ordering from them ever again!

*WARNING*
Buyer Beware. One person tells me that my furniture is now discontinued and the next tells me that it is on backorder. Great customer service as I have now made 10+ calls over 30 days to resolve a warranty issue and they still won't return a call. I've requested to speak with the owner and general manager with no luck as Laticia has been instructed not to send them problems.
Very Poor Customer Service
