My family and I have always bought our furniture from here. Prices are great but you get what you pay for. I recently spent $2k on a bedroom set. Though it's beautiful the side rail to the bed frame completely snapped after only 2 weeks. What a waste of money as it can't be fixed or atleast match if I do it myself. Very disappointed

My husband and I have searched for furniture and we were never pleased with the prices nor selection, and other sale reps were too persistent. We stumbled into Florence. I absolutely love them! We didn't feel pressured. Florence gave us all the information I asked and more. The prices were fair. The delivery was delayed, however, that is to be expected during a pandemic. The around in other furniture stores was longer than 6 months! They did call to give me updates on my delayed living room, but phone are ringing but i noticed even when they are short staffed they were kind. I ended buy bedroom set on my first purchase. I later returned to buy living room set and dinning table, LOL. My mother in law loved my dining room she bought a few things from them.
I'm currently seeking a new coffee table. I recommend this place.

This store has lights on and open signs, called several time throughout the day a long with going by. Doors locked no one is there to assist you. Just put the closed sign out and people won’t try to give you business.

I was hesitant to shop here for my bed set because of the reviews. I had shopped here before but took a piece off the floor so I hadn’t had experience with their shipments yet. I came back because they gave me a great deal last time and wanted a new bed set, I was told it would take two weeks.. it took less! I got my furniture within a week and a half. Furniture everywhere is taking MONTHS, if you’re wanting to receive yours sooner than that I’d suggest asking if they have the item in stock before ordering. Come here and ask for Jose, he was great!

Started off good. Sales rep was extremely helpful and kind. Bought a recliner then went back and bought a sectional couch. Was told it would be here by 2/15/21. The sale manager called and said they will be here by the end of the month. Wasn’t a big deal for us. Then a week later we called to confirm the date and said now they won’t be in till the end of April. And that still wasn’t a for sure date. She said, she will find out and call us back. No call back for two weeks. Called them a few times and they didn’t answer. Guess they knew it was us calling from the caller ID. Went down there and she had attitude with us. We wanted to talk to our sale rep, but was informed he didn’t work there anymore. Talked to the owner, Carlos, and he said they could get us another set. Long story short they ended charging us 20% “restocking fee”. Even know the couches haven’t been shipped or anything. So I would advise keep away from this place. Wish I would of looked at other reviews before I spent any money here.

Do NOT shop at this furniture store!!! Id give them zero stars if i could. My parents bought furniture almost a year ago and they still have not received it. Every time they call them they have a different story. One time my mom called and they said their furniture was there and then when they called back to set up delivery they told them that they don't have their furniture and that it is stuck on a boat. My parents told them that just want their money back then and they told them that they can't do a refund. They are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. This place has ripped off my elderly parents and if they don't make it right by March, we will be filing a lawsuit.
