CED Monterey is amazing! We have used them for several large projects including a new facility, renovations, LED upgrade and life and safety systems. Spent thousands here over the years as a homebuilder, and told dozens of others to come here and support them, and one ridiculous transaction with an employee named Rod unwound all of the equity they built. I won’t get into the mechanics of the transaction, because frankly it’s not the reason for posting this, it all centers around Rod and the severe aggression he exuded during it, alongside the total disrespect and outright unwillingness to help. I’d love to give him the benefit of the doubt and write it off as Rod having a bad day, but I’ve witnessed dozens of other similar (even worse) interactions between him and customers in the past and in those moments, was just thankful I didn’t end up getting assisted by him. CED, if you’re reading this, love you guys and wish I could continue my patronage, but as long as Rod is still an employee, I’m not risking another episode like the one I experienced today.

Very helpful counter people. These guys have a lot of experience and know their stuff. They are backed by a company that has been in the electrical wholesale business for many years and have a network of hundreds of stores to pull supplies from if they don't have it on hand. Prompt and courteous service. They will deliver right to your job site if needed.
