Very disappointed with owner’s lack of taking responsibility, apologising and taking it upon himself to initiate action to please the customer. We purchased a mattress last year that we had to replace, as it was not as firm as we’d liked. We were told we had to pay additional $400 to “upgrade” to their firmest available. Five months later, the replacement mattress is just as bad or worse than the first! We payed approximately $2000 for complete bed ensemble, hoping to not have to deal with bed issues for years. However, here we are, not even a year into initial purchase. To top it off, we’re told we have to deal directly with manufacturer to resolve issue. We are angry and owner won’t take any responsibility.

We couldn't be more pleased with Barron's Furniture in Sonora. They have a great selection of very nice furniture at reasonable prices. What amazed me the most was Jennifer's generous offer to meet me in Murphys to special deliver an end table to save me a two-hour roundtrip drive from Camp Connell to Sonora. That is a level of customer service you don't find very often anymore. Barron's will be the first place we go for all our future furniture needs.

Support your local shops, I really enjoyed this place. Jennifer helped me pick out a couch and placed my order. Can’t beat free delivery and set-up, and they even offer to just take a deposit until the furniture is delivered. And I thought the prices were quite low for the quality. I will be back when I need furniture in the future.

Jennifer helped my girlfriend and I pick out a couch. She helped with fabric and all of the options for the couch. Since we've never bought a couch before, the process was a little over our heads, but Jennifer made sure that we understood what was going on. She took great care of us. We even had to make a change after placing the order, which she was very helpful with as well. This is the place to go in town for good style, and great help! We will definitely be repeat customers.

No pushy salesmen, but when we wanted help the salesman was very nice and knowlegable. We were looking at colors to redo our living room, flooring, paint and furniture. Good place to get ideas. We might be back because the options are amazing.

This store is not a customer service place. Just look at their consumer products rating. They have a D minus due to their extremely poor customer service. They will sell you anything they have but don’t try and use your warranty because Barrons won’t help you at all.

Great place very nice lay out of displays .We were looking at beds the sales guys took the time to explain the difference types of mattresses and just try to make a sale actually enjoy furniture shopping.
