Michael, Matt, Jack and Edgar from Pinnells Carpet One Floor and Home did a superb job installing plank and tile throughout my entire house. They always arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They finished the job on time as promised and were all true craftsmen and professionals! I would recommend them to anyone needing new floors.

Jeff, our sales person, was very helpful as we visited the store numerous times trying to determine which flooring would work best for our cabin. We picked up at least a dozen samples and Jeff made sure he got the samples we wanted to see. Louis, Brandan, and Mike did a great job installing our floors. The installation included working around a spiral staircase with the new wood flooring. We are very happy with how the floors turned out and would recommend using Carpet One in Angels Camp.

Pinnell’s has been incredible in their care of our home!! Not only do they offer a completely professional & meticulous service across the board, but our technicians have also been extremely personable & kind.
In our latest home update, we had to change a room from carpet to something more durable for the sake of my grandmother with Alzheimer’s….Jeff Olson, the fella who assessed the need, measurements etc was very compassionate, as he had taken care of family in a similar capacity and knows exactly what it takes to care for someone in that condition, and what a privilege it truly is to care for our family members. He did everything within his power to make this transition a wonderful experience.
In addition to Jeff’s expertise & compassion, the fella who came to do the actual install the next week was part of the ORIGINAL team of guys who did all the floors in the whole house while my grandpa was still alive!! Louis did an incredible job, and kept me up to date on his progress and had it done in just half a day. He also recalled my grandparents with great fondness, and was a wonderful person to have touched our home.

Had 1800 Sq ft of vinyl planks put in. The experience start to finish was above and beyond expectations. Erik and the Sonora store was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. Edgar at the warehouse was accessible and met our needs. Josh, who delivered the product, was kind and on time. And we can't say enough about Louis and his team, Gilbert, Brandon and Josh who did tearout and install. They did an amazing job. They were considerate, careful, cleanly, and so fun to chat with. Jeff O. at Pinnell's was a game changer for my flooring problems. He walked me through the whole process, helped me make informed decisions, and stay within my budget. Matthew, Anthony, and Sean installed flooring on a three level home perfectly. They even fixed a sloping area in our kitchen. Sheldon perfectly installed carpet on stairs, wrap around edged areas, and a sloped loft. Our family couldn't be happier with the results.
