Previous tenants had two big dogs and lived in our two-story home for 5 years, so the carpet needed some serious love. Especially the high-traffic areas like the stairs. After another carpet cleaning company made our carpets worse by leaving a disgusting wet dog smell, this company came to our house and educated me on what the other company did wrong. Esteban puts a lot of care and consideration into his work and it shows. He came back a second time to do a special treatment cleaning and our carpets look/feel brand new! Very professional family, super accommodating with our schedule needs and reasonably priced! Our off white carpets looked and smelled amazing after cleaning. We did not request any spot treatments so cannot comment on that. Will certainly use them again!
