I am so thankful for this company and the technician Austin! We had been quoted with another company for about double the price. They recommended Pioneer Water Damage Restoration for the job instead and I am grateful they did. They have wonderful equipment and our carpet looks spectacular! With 5 dogs, our carpet that we thought was brown turned out to be grey (yikes, I know!) I wish I took a before picture, but I only have an after. The carpet looks brand new! Austin was very professional, explained the process and was great with all 5 of my dogs which was an added joy to my experience to not have to lock them up for several hours. They also offer a military discount which is always appreciated. Worth every dollar!

Fast, friendly, and where at my home with in 24 hours for my first call. Austin was my technician. He explained everything to me what needed to be done how long he would be here explained that there may be some residual stains they come back and if so, please give them a call and they would do a come back to touch those spots if need be Hundred percent recommend this company love everything about them .

Austin came to clean my carpets last-minute when my original carpet cleaner was a no-show (after 2 hrs of moving furniture and prepping carpets). He walked through with a black light to highlight pet stains from previous owners and worked to get rid of them all. All the carpets look really nice. I would use them again.

Carter was great, professional, and communicated very well...he let me know when he arrived and was leaving... as a maintenancesupervisor, i dont always have the time to be there with the technician, so his communication was relevant and greatly appreciated... gave me tips for my tenants and knowledge for myself. His work as amazing, floors look great! Wood and Linoleum. Strongly recommend this service! And they answer the phone!!! Quite amazing bc others do not!

After a long vacation we returned home to find our pet sitter neglected to give our 3 dogs enough bathroom breaks. Our living room was a mess! Pioneer was able to schedule within 24 hours. The tech they sent (Austin) was very polite, professional, and friendly. He quickly assessed the amount of area to be treated, gave me an estimate and offered a pet product specificallyfor accidentslike these. Since it was under their minimum price of $300, he added some area rugs into the job to make the price fair. He did a great job, and was sure to have me verify the job was to my satisfaction before he finished. He also told me if any issues came up with the service to call and they would come back to address it. I highly recommend Pioneer for any carpet cleaning services.
