My friends recommended me this company, because I needed to completely renovate my old chair. I went to this company, and I am happy that I did so! They did a great job with refurbishing the wood, that was in a really rough shape, and completely redid all the insides. When I saw my basically new chair, I could not believe my eyes that it was my old chair! I get incredible joy from looking at my chair, and I want to sit in it any moment I get! I've known this company for many, many years. They have done many pieces of furniture of mine. They only do the best quality. Some people don't understand that to get the best, you have to pay a little bit more. I've seen people who want the best, but they want to pay $5 for it. You come in to get what you want and so you have to pay for it. Then when you're home and you see your beautiful furniture, you know it will last forever

I Needed to have a chair that was in horrible shape redone. Had a huge list of "can you do this?" type questions, new taller feet, create new pillows with feather/ foam inserts, make a slipcover, etc. Everything on my list could be done! They have a massive selection of fabrics to choose from. I received my chair back fully done in four weeks, super fast. It is better than I imagined. The work is superb. So pleased. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service was told my order would be ready in a day it wasn't. I called to get status of my seat cushions and I was told that they had other orders they were working on. Was then called back and told to be there promptly at 2 pm to get my cushions because they close at 2, 2:20 no cushions and the excuse is that they are beingvworked on in another city. REAL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
