I was forced to give him one star only so that I could write a review. Renee was a very friendly fellow he is the owner, but very sneaky and untrustworthy. The workmanship is not performed by him by his employee so the workmanship was wonderful no complaints there. However the Contract with Renee was a bit disappointing we agreed upon a price to have three chairs the first two chairs were completed and done properly. However the third chair Renee had informed me that there was not enough material to cover the 3rd chair, I would have to find another way of Reupholstering that chair so I purchase a other material which cost $38 a yard with tax it came out 44. I dropped the material off with Renee. He called me shortly after to tell me that the chair was completed I went to pick it up he was not there I browsed around in his shop there was a chair there that was covered with identical material I had taken him it struck me peculiar but I kept the thought. When Renee arrived he told me that my chair was on the other side but the whole time that he was talking to me he was very nervous and he fumbled around and picked up a piece of plastic and he covered that chair that was surprisingly upholster with very similar material as mine finally I just confronted him and I said I know that’s my material I saw the chair before you came. I asked him did you asked me if you could use my material and he had the nerve to tell me that the person had the same material as mine. Then we talked about the remaining balance and he wanted to charge me for foam that he used on the chair and I told him when you gave me the initial price all of those things should’ve been considered so I’m not paying for it and at this point I don’t think I should pay pay you the remaining balance. since you’ve used my material he said I only used was a yard, right! I told him you use more than a yard and he kept quiet. I told him that he seem to be a nice person I assumed he was honest but I told him all he did was turned out to be a thief I said I cannot believe that you want to charge me on top of using my material. So my only advice to anybody that does work with him if they dare take that chance is don’t take Extra material make sure you take enough make sure you ask for it back make sure what he gives you a quote it includes everything that you can possibly think of foam piping tacs whatever it takes because he will squabble with you trying to get more money out of you. For me it was disappointing the workmanship was fine , the shop was close to my home. but under the circumstances, when you can’t trust him for one thing then he’s not trustworthy of anything.

Great service Rene was able to help us out with our dirtbike seat. Price was reasonable and the seat came out great

I took my 3 bottom cushions to my couch that needed reforming and 2 6 ft long window bench cushions that I wanted new fabric covers for.
I picked the cushion density at a medium and specifically told Rene a couple of times that "I don't want super hard foam because I was not a fan of it." Couch cushions were finished in a week and I went and picked them up and was super excited. Everything looked great, until I put them on my couch. The foam was cut completely wrong and had big pie like gaps between them. I was so confused since I gave them the cushions to use as the template. So I called Rene and he picked them up and has his guy redo them (who was not happy about it according to Rene) They came back with them later that day and not only was the cushions made with really hard foam (that I told him I didn't want) but each foam piece is a different hard density. Seems like they used scrapped leftover pieces because of the loss they incured.
Then I provided Rene the 2 6ft bench cushions that I had purchased the fabric and provided the pattern for. He wanted $1,000 to sew up 2 covers and I said that was extremely high especially since I provided everything. So as I proceeded to take them back home he dropped the price to $900. Then $750. Then $700. I told him I would do it myself and left. Then he called me later and said $600. Then $550. At that point I had already set it in my mind that I was going to make them myself. Because the one thing that I don't like is for a business to have random prices per customer with no sense of basic written estimation of a set price. To want to charge me $1,000 and haggle to half, that totally makes me feel like they are over charging some people and I don't do business with a company that's is untrustworthy.

Great place run by a crazy Argentinian guy. Repaired the seat on my Ducati, which required removing the factory stitching and reassembling.

I picked out the perfect material from his samples and he said he'd get it back to me in a few days. He called me the NEXT day. 24 hour turnaround!! He matched the red stitching perfectly too. And the price was great.

This is the kind of place you need in your back pocket. A place you can count on in a pinch.

I talked to Rene at Arrow Upholstery on 11-3-2023 about reupholstering 8 dinning room chairs. He quoted me a fair price and got started on the chairs right away. I got them back on 11-6-2023 as promised and they look great. I would recommend this shop to anybody that needs something reupholstered. They used quality material and the craftsmanship is great. Rene and his crew are really friendly people and I came away feeling like I made new friends. Thank You for a job well done.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dropped off 8 dining table chairs, and in less than 24 hours, the chair cushions were redone with leather and look and feel amazing. The professionalism and knowledge is fantastic as well. Ernesto is the gentleman I worked with and everything came out as promised!!! I will return again for sure. Can't be more pleased. Love that they are local as well.

This guy really knows upholstery! We just dropped off a vintage rocker. He's even going to restore the wood. I can't wait to see how it looks when he's finished. This is the second time we have been here. Here's the before picture.

My experience with Rene (owner) was great. My truck leather front seat needed repair. Not only was the workmanship great, it was done in one day. The price was more than fair. I would highly recommend Arrow Upholstery.
