This has been the absolute worst experience that I have ever had in my career. I am an interior designer and used Pamper Haus for over $30k worth of custom doors. The mistakes, lack of response, length of project and utter unprofessionalism is astonishing. I do NOT recommend using them. I am at the end of my project when writing this.

On Oct 1st we asked for a ship date and the response from Jean was:
"The door frame has been completed and it has been polished and it's waiting to be plating the color finish now. I will send you the photo when the colors are ready. The current estimated shipping date will be the 2nd to the 3rd week of November. ". After 28 follow ups and back and forth messages, we received this today from Alice:
" I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and great weekend! After confirming with both our operations and shipping department. The ETA to ship out your item will b

During the project we have had over 176 emails with PamperHaus and in most instances it is either because they ghosted us or because they got the order wrong even after multiple emails and corrections from us.

In one instance they sent us finish samples. We selected one and then they emailed us back letting us know that they would not be able to reproduce the sample they sent us and would have to send new ones.

In another instance, they wrote the dimensions in the quote wrong FOUR times and we continually had to follow up and check the quotes tediously for fear that they would make the doors wrong (I am not at all confident that what is being delivered will actually be what was ordered)

In other instances, they would completely ghost us. For example we sent 5 follow up emails from Feb 9th to April 3rd and finally heard back from them 2 months later.

Their business practices are questionable but I think it is more that they do not have a trained staff to accommodate anything custom Beware of using this company. I wish I hadn't.

We ordered a custom cabinet for $7,000, and the results were extremely disappointing. The quality is far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

These 5 stars are for both Jean and her team did and even more for what they didn't. I was referred to them from my realtor (Joy Lee/Keller Williams) to stage our condo for sale. They arrived, and gave our place the once over. Within a few minutes, they directly said "we don't need to be here". Somehow our place was "close enough" that just by cleaning up and organizing, along with a few suggestions and advice they didn't push their services on us at all. They put sticky notes on items to remove, gave advice about color and in the end, thanked ME for the opportunity to come by and only charged us a flat consultation fee instead a full staging fee. I am wonder if any stager would did the same thing.

In the end, their suggestions made our condo stage beautifully and it sold over asking. If ever I were to need stage, my first call would be to Pamper Haus and It should be yours too.

Pamper Haus provided a deeply disappointing experience. Despite clear specifications, they failed to deliver a functional custom media console. Communication was poor, delivery was a hassle, and upon arrival, the console was unusable due to a sizing error. Despite admitting fault, they refused to offer a satisfactory resolution. Avoid Pamper Haus for unreliable service and poor customer care.
