Having worked at big furniture stores, it is so refreshing to shop at an independent small business that offers a great variety of furniture and mattresses at very competitive prices and, much of the time, with same-day delivery. Gigi, the owner, is fantastic and has a very inspiring personal story.

Do not buy from Gigi and her "business". Her mattresses are hilariously bad products that will leave you with intense backpain. They won't mention there is no return policy until you complain about your mattress being low quality and feeling fake. Then they will gaslight you about your back adjusting to the mattress, saying it will take up to 30 days for your back to adjust, so just wade it out. Then they will not honor the 20 year warranty because the mattress "looks fine". Its such a joke. Do not get suckered by these crooks. The formula is simple, sapphire sleep markets their bad products with insane markup, a box drop franchisee like Gigi is forced to buy them up per her franchise agreement and then "discounts them" so she can sell them to you as overstock luxury mattress that must go today!. (hint you cant find these mattresses anywhere else). When you realize you got suckered, you cant take the mattress back to Gigi because she has a no return policy, and sapphire sleep wont take it because you didn't buy it directly from them. Now you are stuck with a $ 1000 of crap. Ridiculous!

My husband and I were about to get a king mattress in less than 24 hours. From messaging Gigi in the morning to getting it delivered the same night even after an unfortunate mishap for their delivery team, we were able to keep contact with our sales rep and sleep well for the first time in a very long time. Great people with great products and I’d recommend to anyone.

Gigi was absolutely wonderful to work with. We saw the couch we wanted online, got a response within minutes with the details, and headed over today to check it out in person. No sales pressure at all, just donuts and friendly faces! We walked out with a couch after 20 minutes and felt great about the price and quality of our new couch. AND it’s being delivered tomorrow! So much faster and easier than haggling with couch salespeople at larger stores. Highly recommend!
