We just used WM Upholstery for the 2nd time and Eric and his team came though again! Our sofa turned out beautifully and looks brand new for a reasonable price. They also make it easy with pick-up and delivery, which is worth the extra $150. This place

Eric and his staff did a great job building a custom banquette for me. He even suggested putting a pop-up charging station in it, which is an awesome feature. Couldn’t be more happy with the job they did. Thank you much!

Erick and his team did a great job on our antique armchair. We gave the the chair and fabric to use to reupholster. It took about 6-7 weeks because they are very busy, but we didn't mind as long it was done right. My wife was very pleased with the work as well as the price which won me a lot of points at the house.

Do not rely on WM for any repair!
They have tried to repair my sectional which was a brand new custom made sofa designed by my interior designer since November of 2020.
They received $1,600 from the vendor who made the sofa for repair and one of the owners of WM, William, guaranteed that the sofa was good to go for at least ten years and WM would take care of any future problem with the sofa. After several attempts to fix the frames, springs, welding and cushions, the sofa was good for about a year.
Then we noticed the cushion was sagging again and squeaking noise was getting louder. So I left a message to WM in March 2022 and waited until April to contact my designer who ordered the sofa and hired WM for repair since they did not respond. They said they were very busy so I waited until May 25 for Eric after he said WM would take care of the sofa. However, Eric did not show up to pick up the sofa and even worse, he avoided my call and text until next day. According to Eric, it was William, who guaranteed the repair of the sofa but he passed away and they could not honor William's promise. Back to my designer again who worked with WM for many years. She talked to them and Fermin, the other partner, agreed to come to my house to take a look at the sofa. Fermin said the sofa was fixable but the job would take 1-2 weeks and he promised to pick up the sofa next day. What happened next was unbelievable! Fermin also changed his mind and requested $500 for the repair through my designer. I was very upset but agreed to pay to save the sofa. They picked it up on June 22 but returned it on June 24. They fixed it within a day according to my designer. It didn't sound right but I paid $500, trusting them. But on the day of delivery, one of their guys rubbed a huge cushion against the 3-D painting on the hallway wall (my latest art collection) and damaged the art piece badly. To my surprise, he showed such attitude instead of a sincere apology. I just wanted them to leave my house instantly so did not ask them to be responsible for the repair of the art piece.
After all the stress dealing with WM, however, the sofa started squeaking again a week later. My designer apologized and WM refunded $500. Now I am giving up on the sofa and looking for a new one from reputable brands.
Totally unprofessional, incompetent, rude and untrustworthy!

Eric and his team did an amazing job on my two Luna chairs. This was not an easy project for them, but they did it in the timeframe described and at the cost we negotiated. Could not have gone easier, but what I got in return was the superb work of a craftsman who brought these chairs back to life and with durable material that will last for many, many years. Highly recommended for anyone who needs the right shop to handle even the toughest job.

Needed a couch slipcover, cushions stuffed with down Went to see Erick. He was really nice. I picked out three fabric swatches. This was on a Friday. Was told he'd get back to me on Monday. It's been three weeks. So, my search is on. Second shop that was not professional enough to just tell me that they didn't want my business. 2nd shop!!!
