Worst store in history. DO NOT GO HERE. I bought furniture from them and they stole my money. I bought a bed from them and they told me that they would be delivering it within 2-3 days...I waited 5 days and nothing showed up! I called them and gave them my order number and they pretended they couldn't find my order so I showed up to their store in person and the owner pretended that he's never seen me when he was the salesman that sold it to me! I gave them my order number and they said they "couldn't find anything under that order number". THIEVES.

This has had to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had! The owner was the rudest person I have ever encountered! He honestly left us speechless. I came in with my boyfriend yesterday and he literally took the catalog we were looking it at right out of our hands! He told us not to waste his time if we were not going to buy anything from the catalog. We didn't like any of the display sofas so that is why we looked at the catalog. We wanted to see if we liked anything in the catalog so that we can ask him what item it would compare to in the store. He literally told us to stop looking at the catalog and to not waste his time. He didn't even give us a chance to say anything. He made us feel like we were nothing just because we are a young couple. DO NOT SHOP here! Thankful we didn't give this man a dime!

Worst customer service you will ever come across. We bought a dresser here for our baby and went through months dealing with these rude inconsiderate people to pick it up. The salesman pablo was the worst. He said it would be here in a week. So we called and then he said the same thing for months. We called every single week while he lied and kept hanging up on us. We even showed up in person asking about it and the lady there is just as rude giving us attitude. Then he told us our dresser was out of stock and we needed to buy another one. So the closest thing to it was an extra 62 dollars which looked exactly the same. So they had us sign for the difference and went through the same process with them hanging up and being rude. Once the dresser finally showed up, pablo tried charging us an extra 10 dollars for 72 dollars and we had to show him what we signed for. These guys are rude, they lie and they are scammers. Poor quality service.

Worst customer service ever. Everything was ok until the warranty part. i was told that the furniture comes with 90days warranty wich is not much. So I got finance for a bedroom set and I was going to sign the purchase paperwork and in the invoice it stated no warranty on less otherwise. So asked if they can put the factory warranty information. The gay guy wich i think is the owner got nasty and said that if I didn't want to don't buy it so I didn't. Be careful when you buy things ask for warranty and make sure they write it down on both invoice

I have my Wish.com orders sent here to save a little $ and never had an issue but now I never know when thier going to be open and 2 of my orders have been sent back because of this! Was giving them one last chance and AGAIN the store is closed but the "store hours" suggest otherwise. Ugh! I hope they decide to work tomorrow or else I'm going to lose another order. Its now costing me money. 🤬

Guy is extremely rude we asked about vanitys with my mom and they were more expensive than what we saw at another stores and we were like ok thanks but no thanks and he got mad making a fist saying why did we even ask if we weren’t gonna buy anything i was speechless and caught of gaurd the worst ever
