Incredible and speedy expert service. Prime Plus Garage & Gate offered one of the most exceptional service experiences I've ever had. We had a manual open garage door for our third stall break off the tracks on an extremely chilly winter day in San Lorenzo, it couldn't open or close correctly. nearly two decades have passed since i got my two garage doors installed and i've been considering a tune-up for them for quite a while now. i'm thrilled that i finally went ahead with this service, especially after seeing the deplorable condition of the steel cables on the double garage door. one of the cables was hanging by a thread, literally, and the other had many severed, rusted strands. thankfully, we swapped them out for stainless steel cables, so rust won't be a problem in the future. i had the pleasure of having brent from prime plus garage & gate as my service technician. he was excellent at explaining the faulty parts, and also pointed out what wasn't necessary to fix, saving me some money. this is what i call honesty, integrity, and ethics at its finest. before brent arrived, i had already planned to replace the double garage door opener and the torsion springs on both doors. as he was removing the springs from the double garage door, brent discovered that the existing springs, which had been replaced by another company, were mismatched. this probably put undue stress on the cable that was barely hanging on. although the door opener was still functional, i figured it had been used over 35,000 times and it made sense to replace it now to avoid a future service call. this preventative maintenance service call was a lifesaver, potentially saving me anywhere between $400-$1,000 or possibly even more. the doors didn't break, and the garage door itself wasn't damaged or ruined. brent arrived within the scheduled timeframe and i am extremely satisfied with the service i received and the equipment i purchased.
