Recently, we took 4 dining chairs to Sterling Upholstery and couldn't be happier with the results. I had already purchased the replacement fabric for our cushions, so that saved a step. However, the workmanship involved with replacing the old padding, applying the new fabric, and cleaning and polishing the wood resulted in 4 new looking and comfortable chairs that receive daily use. I was also pleased that they were delivered in less time than had been predicted. I highly recommend this business.

Michelle and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with! I had two chairs that belonged to my grandparents that were in bad shape, but were very sentimental to me. I can't rave enough about the amazing job Sterling Upholstery did on my sofas and large chair. I love this furniture - but after 25 years, it was showing a lot of wear. It took me so long to find comfortable furniture that I didn't want to buy new - I just wanted my old furniture to look new. Well, it does! Not only that, the price was incredibly reasonable, the work was done so well and they were so accomodating about scheduling the pick up, work, and delivery around other work being done at my house. I will definitely use them again!

They do excellent work! We had a couch where they replaced the bench seat foam with a much firmer (but not too firm!) foam, so that it's now a favorite place for the family to sit.

They also reupholstered leather dining chairs that our cats were destroying. They are now a lovely cat-resistant fabric. They had to replace the foam because it was glued to the leather. Love the chairs!

Sterling Custom Upholstery does excellent work and has staff who know fabrics and can give professional guidance. We had an old sofa that we loved, but the fabric and cushions were at the end of their life. We are thrilled that we now have a beautiful, like-new addition to our living room, in a fabric texture and color we'll enjoy for years to come. I want to give a shout out to their awesome customer service.
I had to drive back home because I brought the wrong chair. When I returned they fixed my Crush velvet chair on the spot. At first I thought I was having a bad day but they sure turned it around.
