Pacific Outdoor Living did an outstanding job transforming my yard into a beautiful, low-maintenance xeriscape. Leonard and his team were professional, efficient, and stayed on budget and schedule from start to finish. Their attention to detail and expertise were evident throughout the process.

Pacific Outdoor Living is a family-owned business which is a pleasure to work with. Their staff is very professional and always easy to work with. We had such a great experience with them that whenever we had a new project for our house, we always came back to them. They built and added pavers to our driveway, front courtyard, rear patio and the four-foot-wide sidewalks that went around the house. The also built for us a Cabana that contained an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a water feature that included a waterfall, stream and pond. Due to the drought, they installed artificial turf in the rear lawn area and built the shade structure for the rear patio.

We had Pacific Outdoor Living replace our front lawn grass, with turf. It was 10 years ago this coming November 2023. We were thoroughly satisfied then and still are today. The reason we bring this up now, is that we wanted to get a refill with the sand and get it “fluffed” up again. (Which we should have probably done a few years ago but neighbors always said how nice it looked.) We called a local turf company because Pacific OL is not close by and it was just a maintenance job. The local company came out and was marveling at the job that was done commenting on how good the install was, etc. So, have no doubts, this company does great work and it lasts! BTW, They also did our pavers in April of 2012 and can’t say enough about how well that went too! Great company!!

Exceptional work on our pavers, retaining walls and vinyl fencing for our garage areas, patio and front porch areas. Although there were delays due to some project management issues and city permits, I recommend their work! Make sure to get permits issues handled before project starts to avoid unnecessary delays.
