We are very impressed with Dimensional Furniture Outlet quality and the price. Their mattress compete with quality of other expensive brands but lower prices. Although we are very satisfied with the furniture, we are even more impressed with the customer services. We have been working with Henry, a young man that has been very helpful and has left us space to explore the store the many times we’ve come back looking for different types of furniture for our new house. Thank you Henry for all your help and your respectful attitude.

Henry was extremely helpful during my trip to Dimensional Furniture Outlet. He was very courteous and welcoming. When I encountered him after some time, he answered questions and He looked up inventory on several items I requested And most importantly, gave my wife and me space to continue looking and discussing until we made a decision. This is a great place to go for any furniture needs. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful, but not overly helpful to where you feel uncomfortable. I went in to find a couch, and ended up getting an entire living room set up for an amazing price. All prices here were very fair, and the quality of furniture looks very high end. Went in on Wednesday, and was promised delivery and installation by Saturday...they arrived promptly on time and were very professional. I would highly recommend shopping here! I am very happy I did!

Awesome store and the staff is very friendly. Sales associate, Henry was great. Not pushy at all and let us do our thing and when we finally found the couch we wanted, checkout was nice a quick. He did great explaining everything as well. I would definitely go back!

Nice people who run/own it, and easy ordering/shipping process. They were helpful when requested, but I did not feel pushed or pressured to buy something. Shopped around in the show rooms (without someone breathing down my neck), ordered, and got the delivery the day I was promised. I bought a nice-sturdy all wood bed frame (they even customized it!), and I'm very happy about the price vs quality. Paid $40 for delivery and set up - plus $80 for removal of all my old bed stuff (king sized: frame, mattress and box strings). Very satisfied and I'm happy I didn't order something online.

Ken on the sales floor was so helpful and couldn't have been nicer! All of my items were in stock and delivery was set for two days later. I love JDimensional Furniture Outlet.
