I used L & D lighting to install sconces in my pool cage after my pool build. My husband and I had been looking for weeks if not months because we didn’t like the standard lighting options we saw offered and really wanted a larger more modern sconce. I turned Liams company away because they didn’t have what we wanted but Liam remained persistent in earning my business and kept following up until eventually he showed us lights that were exactly what we were looking for. Liam assured us he could do this custom install and said custom lighting was something he wanted to branch into with his company. Unfortunately from the moment the lights were installed we have had nothing but issues. The very same day the lights were installed we had a bad storm and the lights all burned. Liam was super apologetic and said they all needed to be taken down and replaced, my husband and I assumed since the lights went bad the same day they were put in that Liam would simply order new ones from the manufacturer,but that wasn’t the case. He rebuilt the strips inside the fixtures and when he brought them back for install they looked nothing like the original lights we had installed. The light didn’t operate in the same way, the colors weren’t the same, nor did it use a remote like the original, it was not something we were happy with for the amount of money we paid. After some back and forth Liam agreed the best course of action would be to finally order brand new lights for install but the wait would be several weeks long, we agreed because we wanted the product we paid for. When the new lights were installed we thought everything would work as it should but unfortunately that was not the case. The lights begin to flicker uncontrollably whenever it begins to rain and despite workers being out here more times than I can count we still have 3 lights that flicker in the rain. Even worse Liam has now stopped answering my texts. My husband and I were extremely patient throughout all of this and understood that he maybe bit off more than he could chew ( seeing as he no longer offers this custom lighting option. I know this because I referred my neighbor for the exact lights we have even after the not-so great experience with this company and they turned her away) however this is really frustrating and just bad customer service. We have been dealing with this for over a year now and it seems like we will not have a resolution. $3,000 later we still have outdoor lights that flicker in the rain and an owner that has stopped replying to my messages. Absolutely do NOT recommend using this company for any custom lighting solutions. We were better off ordering the lights ourselves and paying an independent electrician to install them.

What a pleasure it was to hire LDLighting to install my pool color sync controller, sconces and LED Chord lighting on my bird cage. From the very first communication, I knew the job I wanted done would be done expertly. The picture attached is of the first evening once the install was completed. We added some modern sconce lights to our new pool screen enclosure. The crew showed up on time, were professional and finished the project in one day. The lights turned out very nice and we are very happy with them.
