We purchased our sectional from here in 2018, excellent customer service at the time with help picking customization options. And I am back here posting in 2024 because of a small issue we had with our sectional-PTS (and specifically, Michelle) helped us immensely to resolve the issue and replace the portion of the sectional that was covered by the manufacturers lifetime warranty. So incredibly helpful and responsive!!! Something you don’t get often these days in way of customer service. Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Michelle, you’re the best!

Visiting your store on 10/2/24 was met as soon as we came in by Charlie, and had specific things in mind that we were looking for
And as soon as we found our items we were quite pleased with all the service. Charlie gave us full info about the product, and she professionally showed us the second floor, where we found what we were looking for. What an unexpected, awesome experience we had at PTS. We purchased a dining table set at PTS in the past & recently had the chair pads recovered there. We got great designer help to make sure the new fabric would flow well in our space. We loved our current couch and recently came in to ask for info or referrals to get it recovered. We got our info, but something caught my eye. It was a similarly shaped couch with a far superior construction. You could feel it the minute you sat on this superb piece of furniture. Needless to say, we bought it! No pressure sales. Abundant help in finding fabric for the couch and accent pillows. We can’t wait until delivery date!
