I had the worst experience with Angels Upholstery. What should have been a simple job that took two weeks max, turned into a frustrating 3-month ordeal. Every time I went to pick up my item, there was something wrong. It felt like I was going in circles with no progress.

The final straw was the 8th attempt to pick it up, and it STILL wasn’t done correctly! It’s honestly unbelievable that it took them this long to do something that should’ve been straightforward. To make matters worse, they only accept cash, so there's no way to dispute the poor service through your credit card company.

I would strongly recommend finding another upholstery service unless you want to deal with delays, mistakes, and no recourse if things go wrong. Total waste of time and money.

Knowing I was dissatisfied there was no partial refund offered. They offered to fix it again, but I could not take the stress of them doing it incorrectly again.

This business came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Rosario did an excellent job fixing an old SeaDoo watercraft bench seat. It was a bit more involved than originally planned but was necessary for it to come out right and look good. Rosario definitely takes pride in his work and it shows.

A stitching only job was scheduled for pickup in a week.
I called in the morning and it would be ready by noon
I visit to pickup at 1:45 and get the excuse “oh it’s not ready yet, we have a lot of work. I will do it now just wait 30 minutes”.

What a horrible business, TWICE
First to wait a week for a supposed 30 minute job,
Second, calling in the morning for noon pickup and not being ready.
In business for a long time.
Multiple employees.
Commitment: ZERO.

They got the job done right.They are courteous and professional. Rosario kept in communication with us throughout the job. workers Antonio and Francisco came to our office and picked up the chair. Antonio and Francisco delivered the finished work back to us on time. This place deserves five stars. They have been in business since 1978--- their experience shows. Thanks so much guys!
