We bought our place in 2020 and it came with basic closets for all rooms. There was one hanging bar that runs throughout the closet and shelf above it. As a result of the minimal infrastructure, we had to buy organizers for the closets and dressers to arrange our clothes. We were thinking about a cabinet make over for a long time and requested quotes from Quality closets on Yelp.
Q Closets was quick to respond and setup a consultation appointment. On the day of appointment we met Maria, the designed from Q Closets who showed up to inspect our exiting closets, discuss ideas and measure the closets. Maria spent a lot of time on each closet and the main questions she had for us were:
1. How do you plan to use this space?
2. What do you find lacking with the current state of the closet?
3. What would you like to see or have?

She was smart, attentive and inquisitive. She was keen on understanding the customer’s needs and ideas for the space. Her approach was simple and clear, what do you want from us and how can I make it happen.
The interview/ consultation took a good 1-1.5 hrs for a project of 5 closets. Once the consultation was done, Maria came up with the design and sent us those along with a quote for the job via email. We set up a zoom call to discuss, understand and make changes to the project that we felt will work for us best. Maria was always quick and clear in her communications with us. Once we all agreed on the design, then we setup an installation date.
The installation team showed up on the day of appointment at the correct time. They immediately got to work. Installation manager Rudy was also on site. The installation went without any issue, the team was quick to dismantle the existing hardware an install the new one. Once the installation was done, we were very happy, and we still are. Maria, Rudy and the Quality Closets team did an excellent job, and I recommend them 100% to anyone looking to redesign their closets.

True to their name, they do quality work! The staff was very prompt, and professional and allowed us time it took us to finalize the closet designs. Quality Closets did an amazing job for me. The team is very professional and the quality of work is super. I got closets for two of my reach-in closets and I needed them soon. Not only they provided me quality service in very short time frame, but the price was very reasonable too. Then installers came home on time they really knew their job well. The covered all my carpet all the way to third floor with blankets to make sure nothing gets dirty even cleaned the garage before leaving. They even did minor paint touchups needed after installing the closets, which I would not expect in general. So, this company really makes sure that they go an extra mile to provide the amazing service. I am planning to use them for more closet work in my house. Truly a five-star deserving company.

Great business man, great customer service. I service his air compressor that he uses for cabinet building and i see all wood working projects around his shop and i would say it's quaility craftsmanship just like his business name. Arturo and his crew were amazing. Arturo drew up the closet plans with his IPad so I could see immediately what the closets would look like and make any changes I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. One week later they were installed! Very professional and great quality!!! Defiantly will have him come again! Highly recommend!!!
