Bates Furniture is in downtown Conway. It is probably the oldest furniture store in Conway. Its not the biggest furniture store but they make up for it by doing everything they can to get you what you want. Every recliner I have ever owned I got at Bates. No complaints.

Bates family are always polite and friendly. Like visiting family. Large selection and they will order what you want if they don't have in stock . Prices are reasonable.

What a great store! I have made two purchases from this store and both times they bent over backwards to help me. They delivered when they said they would and were on time to the minute! This is how a business should be run. I highly recommend this store.
