I did not buy from here but its not because these folks did not do everything they needed to do. I was not with my wife that day! So you know thats not going to happen. But they have great selection, are super nice. Have all the big names and great prices. I live in the sticks so it was no big deal for me to drive their but if I were in St.Louis or Columbia I would still make the trip based on the inventory and prices.

This is a great place unless there is a problem with your furniture. They are not helpful at all. I sent picture of of problems we were having with our sofa and their solution was to order a different fabric which we did. We still had the exact same problem and they then acted like it was our fault. I will not purchase from them again.

Well not good. ask how long it will take to get item you are looking at . hold them to the contract just a bad deal I thank the people mean well but they are a company and the quality is not as good 2 year old chair stitching falling apart couch forarm loose . for the high end price they want the guality should be or matched shame on me will not be shopping any time soon

Bought a Flexsteel leather recliner. We saw the chair at another store but ended up ordering it from Waters because their price was so much lower. All handled over the phone. Very nice people to deal with.

We shopped here over 20 years ago for our bedroom furniture and it was awesome. Went here looking for dining room furniture a few days ago and appears as if it is past its prime. They were very helpful, but very limited options.
