We purchased this fixture about 2-3 weeks ago. Our salesperson Ashley was knowledgeable and helpful. We had questions regarding the size of fixture for our tall ceilings. The electric company, Illumitech Electric, did the install for us. Dillon and Quentin did a great job. Very professional. Cleaned everything up before they left.

Highly recommend shopping with this company. Jose Rivera greeted me in the showroom. He took the time to show me around the floor and helped me find the perfect fixture. He was able to send digital pictures of how each fixture looked in rooms. He quickly responded to each email and helped with ordering and delivery arrangements. Delivery was on time. Delivery personal was helpful and kind. He helped open box so I could inspect fixture to ensure we had no broken glass. Amazing service across the board!!! That is so hard to find these days!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and total lack of follow through by receptionist and sales person. We worked with a sales person to price out our under the cabinet lighting for our kitchen. We sent her some pictures and information she requested and left her over 4 messages with the front desk and emails but no response. We came in to the store to place the order for products which was over estimated by 15% and requested a quote from their electrician to do the work. Never received a price quote from electrician or sales clerk to make sure there was closure! We ended up hiring our own electrician to do the work! I hope your business is with large developers because our $492 order obviously was not valued! Suggest anyone doing business here request to work with the manager and take notes and names. Our sales rep denied we called or sent messages! Never coming back or recommend this store! The largest cabinet manufacturer in SA recommended them who we had worked with on our $30K cabinets in our primary home so we assumed the referral was good!
