It was such a treat to shop for a new chandelier at Stevens Lighting! My husband and I were immediately impressed by the wide selection on display. Just when we'd thought we'd seen every kind of light fixture there could be, the sales associate, Rhonda, who was extremely pleasant to work with offered for us to sit at a table and browse through large catalogs of light fixtures! It was a lot of fun imagining the variety of chandeliers we saw, hanging in our home. Rhonda gave us sticky notes to mark the pages we wanted to refer back to and suggested some other ideas she had at her desk. Brandon, the one in charge of things stopped to hear the description of what we were looking for and found some great ideas to share with us. We are thrilled with the chandelier we decided upon as well as a lovely nightlight we selected and Rhonda boxed up for us. Stevens Lighting provided my wife and me with the best service we could have received. Gerard Rendon was very patient with us, as we wanted to transform an area to the left of our driveway. We felt that Stevens Lighting had the highest quality lights, and we were not wrong. We ordered ten Hinkley lights, which, in our opinion, are very high-quality landscape lights that will last for years. I am a DIY enthusiast, so I installed the wiring myself. I got a reliable transformer and hired an electrician to ensure that an outlet was right next to the transformer.

Have had several purchases over the years. Most recent was a replacement fan, that had a number of issues. Despite the problems, they kept at it and resolved them all. They are pleasant, accessible and competent . Recommend them highly.

First time visiting the store as an electrician to ask about a specific type of light. I walked in and there was a lady on the front desk and a gentleman who was helping the only other customer in store. I stood in line waiting for my turn in the front desk but both employees completely ignored me, I waited 15 minutes by the front desk and was never acknowledged (the lady just avoided eye contact and sat there looking at computer) i started walking out and still not a word, so I decided to visit Turney Lightning where I was immediately welcomed by the 3 front desk employees and helped out.

If you need help with lighting, you can't go wrong with Stevens Lighting. I stopped by to look at lighting options for my living room. While I was there, I asked about fixing a pendant light from my kitchen. The sales staff was very friendly and gave me a lot of ideas for increasing the lighting in the living room. Their spacious show room is full of unique and stylish lamps, and fixtures. What's more, they knew all about my pendant light, and were able to help me fix it! The big box stores couldn't tell me anything about the pendant light, except that they could sell me a replacement. I will definitely be visiting Stevens Lighting again!

Steven's Lighting, Inc. was one of the best brick-and-mortar sales interactions we’ve encountered. While at Steven’s, the team helped us with a couple of ceiling fans. I was impressed with their pressure-free environment (even though we were indecisive). Steven’s gave us knowledgeable recommendations, asked how we would use the product, and gave us tips/expectations when installing. After we had our ceiling fan installed by an electrician, we had a question about a knocking sound coming from the fan. Steven’s came out to assist us and diagnosed and fixed the issue! You do not see this level of customer service compared to larger stores and online. We will use them in the future . I would highly recommend them based on their expertise and customer service!

Our kitchen monorail lights that we purchased from another company failed after about 2 years. The company said the lights could not be repaired and the product had been discontinued and replacement parts were not available. We had been to another company and received a quote in excess of $4k to replace. We were running out of options when we met Brandon at Stevens, we explained our situation. He said for the cost of a service call he may be able to salvage our lights and give us a solution. When he paid us service call he repaired the existing lights to use temporarily until he could find a solution. Within two weeks of our initial visit he fixed our lights that we were told could not be fixed. Brandon and Stevens Lightning saved us thousands of dollars and not only fixed our lights but they also improved our lighting.

Have used Stevens for 4 years and am back again for sconces, fans, under-cabinet electrical outlets and lights and more. Great customer service, and Brandon is a workhorse, going above and beyond if there is an issue. Pay a little more and avoid the junky stuff made in China and lack of service in the big box stores and other lighting dealers. Hands down best around.
