I am SO pleased! I was apprehensive to go because I’ve been told I have “the comfiest couch in the world” and I didn’t want it to be ruined, but Jim made it even better! He restored the foam in the cushions and brought it back to life for a fraction of what it would have cost me to buy a new one! His customer service is excellent and pricing is reasonable! Very, very pleased that Custom Foam made this possible!

Will at custom foam is fantastic. He gave me an honest assessment of my cushions and whether or not they needed to be replaced and ended up saving me close to $400. The service was friendly and professional, and the turnaround time was very quick. The cost was in line with what I expected, and much less expensive than a new couch! I paid about 25% of the original cost of the couch, which I was very close to completely replacing. I'm very happy with the result.

Will definitely come back should I need foam replaced in furniture. Was told it could take up to 2 weeks to complete. Dropped off cushions on a Friday and got a call Tuesday the very next week! Although they couldn't repair some frayed piping on one of the cushions, I was able to flip it and you can barely tell. Plus, this couch is going into an office in our house so it's not a focal point in our living room. Fair pricing and honest about what may or may not be able to be repaired.

One of my cats peed on my couch...again! Once cat pee gets into the foam, the smell never comes out...no matter how much you douse it in Nature's Miracle. Three years ago, we took in our son's Tabby cat. The cat showed her displeasure by peeing on our couch. We took our oddly-shaped couch cushion to Jim and he made it possible for us to keep both the couch and the cat (she's since warmed up to us). Last year, my son had a baby. The first time she visited us, the baby was colicky and cried loudly (poor baby!). Our male cat - a beautiful black feline with green eyes - didn't like it and demonstrated his angst by peeing on my pull-out couch. I went back and forth with the manufacturer about getting a replacement cushion, but finally gave up. My husband said, "Why don't you take it to Custom Foam?" Yes!!!! This time, I met Will, Jim's son. Will is taking over the business. He was speedy and helped me at a time of need. Thank goodness Custom Foam will continue to serve the St. Louis market. We cat owners need Custom Foam! PS-The baby has grown out of her colic stage. She and the black cat are best friends!

Awesome experience at custom foam I am an older person I use my couch as my bed. My couch had three cushions that the springs were all broken down inside. Very uncomfortable. I took them to custom foam he told me he would be done by Tuesday but would try to get to me sooner. Mind you this was 10 ish something in the morning of Saturday the 13th. I received a phone call in the afternoon and he told me they were completed. I was ever so thrilled. I slept like a baby last night for the first time in a long time. Many many thanks to a great job well done. Thanks so much

Quick response to a quote. Service for 3 cushions was completed in a couple of days. I could immediately detect the high quality foam they installed compared to what the cushions originally had. Price seemed fair compared to buying a new couch. Very satisfied overall
