The apartment I was staying in came furnished yet there was a dilemma. The furniture I saw had years of wear and tear to the point it was literally falling apart.
I contacted the apartment complex and ask them if they can remove their furniture because I was not satisfied. They removed it and I started on my quest for seeking new furniture.
When driving I always passed Harris Furniture and one day I finally went inside. I was greeted by a beautiful lady named Kathy. I told her my apartment furniture situation.
She listened and ask me what area is my focal point. I was uncertain at the time. She suggested I apply for a credit card with Synchrony Financial and I did not get approved She like my mother told me not to get discouraged.
She encouraged me to look into what is hurting my credit score. Months later ;I got approved and shocked of the amount. Kathy and her co worker Jennifer congratulated me on the hard work. I literally cried because I can have this top quality furniture in my apartment.
That same day I found a round wooden dining table with exquisite architectural details and upholstered comfortable chairs. She marked it as sold and picked a date for delivery to my apartment.
Later down the line I did my bedroom and living room makeover with this store. Overall it has been a journey and to make your apartment to a home is a great experience. I shop at other furniture stores like Hanks and FFO Homes . However my main furniture pieces always came from Harris Furniture.
Overall I love the Harris Furniture staff and they made me feel welcomed in the store even the owner. Like Cathy told me " Dont be intimidated by these prices. Don't be cheap on furniture because you want something long term" This why I am loyal customer because they care.

We didn't know the store hours for Saturdays and arrived just minutes before the store was about to close. The owner met with us anyway! Keith spent 15 or 20 minutes visiting with us and giving us advice on what to look for when shopping for recliners. We will remember this kindness and purchase from Harris Furniture. We didn't stay longer than necessary and decided on which recliner to buy. I plan to return Monday and place our order.

Revisit:
I did return the following Monday and placed my order for a Bassett recliner. It should arrive some time around Thanksgiving. I can hardly wait!

Love our new couch! It matches perfectly and was delivered quickly. They even helped me decided on new curtains to match!! Love the Harris Furniture family. We only shop for furniture at Harris Furniture. They don't pressure you and they help you find exactly what you want and need. Highly recommend!

Edit: I was able to speak with the owner on behalf of my mother. He was a gentleman. I believe he and his family are good people and probably have a great business. I’m not sure why the sales associate (Kathy) made the decision to do what she did, but that part was still wrong.

Terrible service. The sales associate who was working today helped my mother with a couch. She has been in touch with the store and was told they had two of them, as my mother wanted both. She drove all the way from Little Rock to find that they only had one so she said needed accent chairs to match. The sales associate helped and told her where to go find them and to be back be 4:30 so they would have someone to load her couch. My mother comes back with a swatch to match the accent chairs to her couch within an hour, only to find that she SOLD IT to someone else all while knowing that she was helping my mother with the same couch!! Unbelievable!! Also, the couch was still there and she wouldn’t even try to fix her mistake and let my mother have the couch she had been helping her with.

The sales associates are very helpful and welcoming. They helped me find the perfect fit to update my bedroom. The delivery man were friendly and very professional. I will definitely continue to buy all of my furniture from Harris Furniture!!
