Wife and I shopped a couple places and could not agree on a certain love seat until we visited Sofa City. After few minutes we were greeted by a couple of sales staff but two in particular. One was a gentleman and another a sales lady Chris which both of them help seal the deal. We ended up buying the Jaguar Loveseat and boy we love it.It has several power seat adjustments that absolutely help with my upper neck issue with the power headrest option. Sofa city took a little off overall price and with the 5 year warranty we have no issues. The question is would I go back ? and the answer is heck yeah. As soon as I can we will be back for another item on our list . Best place with super excellent service. Thank you staff and Sofa City . Worth more than 5 star rating

We had the pleasure of working with Roy while purchasing new recliners for our home. It was an absolutely amazing buying experience. Roy showed us exactly where in the store to find the recliners we were looking for. Then Roy allowed us to try and look at recliners while offering insightful and good facts about the recliners we were looking at.

My husband and I came in on Sunday during the Chiefs game and Jaeden was quick to meet us at the entrance and explain the store and the process to us. He let us browse as we wished but was available to answer any questions. He was very observant and saw us lingering around a set and came over and brought it to our attention that they were still honoring the Black Friday price. His personality clinched the sale. We enjoyed his smile and sweet nature. He was very willing to help and made sure we were happy with our decision. The process was so easy and it was really exciting to take our new set home that day! Roy is one of the best sales men there. Went in looking for a couch and a loveseat and Roy began circling us like a shark. Unlike a shark though Roy was very sweet, kind, and funny. He ended up helping my fiancé and I get an amazing deal on a couch and loveseat. What would have cost us $2,000 ended up costing us $1,700. That might not sound like a steal but every penny counts when you’re a new home owner. All in all I loved Roy and how much he was able to assist us.
