I used Brighter Future Electric's electrical panel installation service when it was time to upgrade my electrical panel. With their professional handling of the project, I now have a dependable electrical system.

I set an appointment four days early. The text showed up and looked at the job but he didn't have the right materials. He left for an hour. When returned he said he had an emergency job to go to and I will have to reschedule. I told him I didn't take a day off work to reschedule. I'm here now because this is the appointment your company set for me. He picked up his ladder and left. When I called the company they told me he was an on-call technician and they had pulled him off to go to another job that was an emergency,( an emergency job is one you can charge more for) they said this is their policy. I told them the policy was terrible you don't set an appointment with someone, tell them that's their time, start the job then walk out. Horrible business practice! There are so many electricians available why run the risk of this happening to you?!

On Thursday night, my kitchen recessed lights went out. The next morning I called Bright Futures with the expectation they wouldn't get to it until Monday. To my pleasant surprise, Jacqueline told me that she would send Ellis, the outstanding electrician who worked on my previous problem, right away. The courteous and polite Ellis fixed the problem in no time. Thank you so much Jacqueline and Ellis!

Commercial or residential bright future electric are my go to guys. Great to deal with an extremely professional an most of all honest an reliable. Been using them for over 4 years now an will not ever call anyone else. Are they the cheapest? No but prices are fair an speed of getting job done an done right first time is worth it. Also the money they have saved me by giving me money saving options without sacrificing quality has been tremendous.
