Since I work in residential construction, I have to go into Lighting Loft often to pick up client orders. They have a great staff who are knowledgeable and kind. Since I’ve been going in, I starting browsing their fixtures and have found some great items for my home as well. I always enjoy when I have to stop in!

I had a great experience at Lighting Loft. They came out to view my site, listened carefully to what I wanted and respected my budget. The installation was in an older quirky house and there were some issues that were no fault of theirs. They worked with me to resolve my issues and the result was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

While we were in the process of building our new contemporary (up in Blue Ridge, GA) , we happened to be on Miami Circle looking at tile when
we saw the Lighting Loft in passing. We realized immediately that they had the style of fixtures this house required, and we just walked in with no appointment. We had already had most of our electrical wiring pulled when we first met with Shaul in the showroom, and that was the first of many times we heard him say "no problem" ! We came back with our blueprints and ideas and Shaul and Jacob spent a few hours with us educating us on low voltage lighting, wiring, transformers etc . We had a few ideas of what we wanted and Shaul found comparable fixtures and/or made recommendations all of which we went with! We ended up making 3 or 4 trips down to the showroom and they came up twice to our home in Blue Ridge for detailed measurements and wiring requirements. We started this build in April of 2019, right when all the Covid shutdowns started , and we took a beating in lumber pricing as it went up 400% ....but the crew at the Lighting Loft sourced and/or built custom everything and delivered on time. The few issues we had (mostly self inflicted) , they responded and resolved them 100% to our satisfaction every time. I cannot say enough about their expertise, their "no problem" approach to challenges, and their ability to deliver as promised and on budget. We can't wait till the spring to bring them up to help us with the landscape lighting . Our only regret was that we did not get Shaul and his team involved before the electricians had pulled their switch wiring...so don't make the same mistake if you are looking to do a whole house new/remodel! We could have saved thousands of dollars if we had consulted with them before wiring. But as i said...they didn't mention that at all, they just said "no problem, we can make it work"...and they did! Our gratitude to the Lighting Loft team for bringing the most amazing lighting to our dream home!

What a wonderful experience I had with The Lighting Loft. I had a custom LED light fixture created by the design team to go over my dining room table. As well as lighting to go in my walk in closet. Yaacov, his sales team, and the design team were there every step of the way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with the professionalism of this company; from the design to installation everyone was wonderful.

A customer review often takes the path of extremes, you are either highly pleased or bitterly disgruntled. It is common the angry reviews get this most attention. This review is not that. I encourage you to continue along with me as this is a fantastic review of the Lighting Loft.
I began purchasing products from C Lighting on East Paces Ferry back in 2003. I then followed them to their next location on Buckhead Avenue. Finally I am continuing to work with them at their Miami Circle location in 2015. Yes, I am a repeat customer. I am not a designer, but rather your average Joe.
Whether I am spending 10 dollars on a lightbulb or substantially more on custom lighting fixtures, I receive the same warm welcome and care and attention. I have had the great fortune of getting to know the staff from Kristen to Sebastien, to Joe, to Gabrielle and many others over the years. They all have listened to my needs, offered suggestions and even gone the extra mile in working with vendors on customizing pieces for me.
I receive a warm welcome and a remembrance of name even if it has been several years between visits.
I recently made a purchase that required partnering with a vendor who was requested to make a custom piece. Gabriella was on top of this throughout the process following up with me even if she had not received an update from the vendors. I consider this the routine and not the exception with the Lighting Loft. They always go the extra mile and always make me feel at home.
So, I gather you can read from this review, I praise the Lighting Loft and would give them 6 stars out of a 5 star rating (5 being highest).
Next time you are in need of beautiful, creative, unique lighting please visit the Lighting Loft. Please note, I was not paid or asked to write this review. I am a customer who truly has a real and genuine appreciation and high level of gratitude for the Lighting Loft.

I experienced the greatest customer service today at the Lighting Loft. I was greeted by multiple staff persons as I entered and walked through the store. Ron Swanson assisted me in finding the perfect lighting for my kitchen. He displayed patient and knowledge while showing and explaining multiple lighting options. I will return as a customer. LIFESAVERS. Shuly and all the team at the Lighting Loft are super knowledgeable and they have a great array of products. We were in the throes of a massive condo renovation and I needed someone to do a site visit and create a lighting plan that suited my style and my space. Shuly to the rescue! I couldn't be happier!

My wife and I embarked on a big home renovation and we luckily found our way to the Lighting Loft. These folks are absolutely terrific! Incredible insight and design taste. Victor and Yakov shepherded us through the entire process with patience and sensitivity. And there was no pressure to buy. On the contrary, their only interest was that we'd be happy with our decisions. And we are !!!!! We entertain quite a bit and our guests are always dazzled by the beautiful and varied lighting styles in our home. On a scale of 1 to 10, our experience with the folks at the Lighting Loft was an 11 ! (And . . . no . . .we are not related to anyone who works there. We are simply really happy customers.) Keep up the great work Lighting Loft! Yay!
