This man is not professional. He comes in and does not provide an accurate estimation of services. He uses a very loose contract so he can play it to his favor to say you, technically, did not tell him not to do the extra work that he bills you for. He purposely comes to work on your yard when you are not home to falsely inflate the amount of hours it takes to do the work and so he can perform work you did not authorize and charge you for it. He purposely does not bill timely and then he sends you a large bill for services you did not authorize, alleging they were upgrading their billing systems. When you dispute the bill he does not return calls. He hides behind his his wife as she answers the phone and says she will have him call back and then he never does. He then files small claims suits rather than attempting to resolve the dispute. Be aware that his business is very shady and he prey's on people. Good lawn service companies are out there, do not waste your time with this one as it is not a good one

After they were done with their work at our neighbors’ property, they illegally dumped the yard waste on the back portion of our property instead of hauling it away. Previously we received a quote from them but after they changed the start date several times and then pushing it out to the NEXT YEAR we requested our down payment back ! Obviously bad reviews don’t bother them as it clearly seems they have NOT changed their business practices at all.

We had a major communication and customer service issue, but it is being resolved. I understand anyone can have a bad day. I do hope it gets corrected as the Father of this company is a very nice and hard working person. The issue with the other parties of the business is a lack of good communication between policies, messages and between getting information mixed up between what they different busines members said to me and then to my husband. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because if this can be resolved and if communication is cleared up in a respectful manner, there is potential to move forward with their service.

Can't understand where the other reviews (2) came from? Must be a different Father & Son business? I have used this company for over 12 years! Minor if any disputes....and then if so the company resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I also use Father & Son for snow removal and are very pleased with their work. I would personally recommend this company (and have) to many other people. I find their billing to be very accurate and more than competitive.

I used father and son for a project in my back yard. I had a shed built and wanted a planter box made out of concrete blocks next to it. They did a nice job and it looks great. The only thing is they put some pretty big plants in the planter so I took them out and replanted them on the side of my house. I don't know if they didn't expect them to fill out that much, but no big deal at all!

Was not happy at all. I told them I wanted an estimate for services. They never provided an estimate. They did the work without any permission and billed us for it. We did not object to the bill early enough, so we got stuck having to pay them. Dont let them near your lawn unless you have something in writing!!!

I have never contracted this company for work but after watching them drive around town throwing trash out of a truck with their logo on the side, I can reasonably guess that though they may care about cutting your grass, they definitely don't care about your lawn.

They came to my neighbor's property today and blew leaves into mine and 2 other neighbor's yards. I have called the police on them before and it looks like I'll be calling again. Especially since I just cleaned up my own yard yesterday!
