Stopped in @ Kelsey's Furniture seeking dining chairs and a couple of comfortable recliners. Caleb was awesome and worked out a great deal for us on two beautiful recliners, and we couldn't be happier. We were provided with numerous options for dining chairs and now have to make the difficult decision of which option we like best. Will definitely be back @ Kelsey's whenever we need new furnishings. What's an absolutely stellar experience it was getting my new custom sofa made at Kelsey's. I cannot sing the praises of Caleb enough, so helpful and kind.
Our new sofa was delivered more than a week early, which was a wonderful surprise! And it is so beautiful, well made and best of all, it is so comfortable. England make solid and reasonably priced custom furniture with a wonderful range of fabrics to choose from. This is the first time we've ever had custom furniture made, and it won't be the last.

We got new furniture! From Kelsey's Furniture in Hot Springs Village, AR. Wonderful people and great customer service! They delivered, even though we were an hour away. They had a heck of a time getting the old sofa out, but they finally did and they haul the old furniture off for you at no charge! We had looked and looked, even considering a trip to IN where RV furniture is made. We had been told that what we wanted would have to be custom ordered and take up to 6 months to get it. We did have to order, but was promised a 30-day delivery window and it was here in less than 30 days! We are SO glad we found Kelsey's!

Wonderful experience! Needed a lift chair ASAP! Caleb provided me with several options. Within a few hours of reaching out to Caleb, I had a lift chair delivered and set up with no additional charge for either service. Caleb took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the chair and even registered the chair warranty for me.
