Brick & Mortar is now my favorite store in Lake Geneva. During my visit, the staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Amber spent a good hour or so helping me find centerpiece decorations for the spring, fall and winter. She also helped me figure out how to arrange each centerpiece so I could take pictures and put them together myself at home. Susie & Megan were also very sweet and accommodating. I love this place! I will definitely be back for the Christmas season.

Love this place. Near the hustle and bustle of downtown Lake Geneva. Nicely laid out store, eclectic mix of items. Some thing very reasonable priced. Comfy furniture. Lived this store; made me wanna redecorate my entire house!

Me and my wife both love this place!!!We think everything here is so unique. So far we have been here 5 times and find it totally impossible to walk away without adding something from here to our home.A fantastic store!

Like to go in and look around for decorating ideas. Lots of unique decorating items. Latest items, trends and colors. Sales people are always very helpful and if you tell them what decorating goal you are trying to achieve they will give you ideas and suggestions. When you go back again and talk to the same consultant they will most likely remember your name and what you are looking for.

Loved their stuff, we really wanted to buy a bed and have it shipped down to Atlanta however, the representative said she would email us a quote and never did after we gave her all of our info, so unfortunately they lost our business.
