Quintessential Lighting saved the day! I needed fixtures for my new home build and time was running out. The day was long and the decisions were mounting: What size fan do I need? Will this fixture provide enough light? How far does this need to hang down from the ceiling? 3000? 4000? Dimmer switch? Where should the wires come out of the wall? On a last minute whim just when I was about to give up, I decided to check out that new 'fancy' lighting store in Jonesboro just to see what it had to offer. And the rest is history . . .
I walked in the front doors and felt like I was in New York City . . . which also set off my panic button as New York City prices really weren't in my budget. ? I was greeted by Beth who immediately laid my fears to rest as she explained to me that Quintessential Lighting could work with any budget and that they were not a high-pressure commission sales store. The next couple hours made me feel like Charlie in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory! I walked through the gallery with my eyes aglow and Beth took in all my 'oohs' and 'aahs,' making notes as we went. Afterward, we briefly discussed my budget and overall home structure. A few days later, lighting professionals came to our build site to measure and ensure that every single fixture would be just the right size and would provide the perfect amount of light and visual appeal for the space. We went back to the store to make a few final decisions and the order was placed! It was as simple as that--Zero stresses. Zero pressure to extend the budget. Zero worries over trivial yet important things like down rod length and bulb luminosity. Zero buyer's remorse. Zero everything except FUN!
I'm so, so glad that I made that last minute decision to walk into the fancy lighting store that I thought I couldn't afford. (Now don't get me wrong. If you're looking for that wow factor and have a fancy budget, they have some amazing pieces and they can help you with that, too. ?) Every single fixture in our home is even better than I imagined and there isn't one single thing that I'd change.
We continue to use Quintessential Lighting for artwork, lamps, furnishings, and even gifts. We've yet to be disappointed in a single purchase. Their selection can't be beat and their prices are comparible, often even less expensive, than other stores and online merchants who sell the same.
Disclaimer: You may be thinking that I'm going to make millions for writing this review, but that isn't the case. I don't have a cousin who works there, a product line in the mix, or even a single connection to the establishment. I simply love NEA and I want to see businesses like this gem thrive in our community. I also want to share my positive experiences with others so that they might enjoy the same.
Ok. So maybe I fibbed a bit about the payment thing. I'm totally gonna take an extra mint from the counter next time I drop in. I mean, I deserve it. ?
