I think I watched a thousand videos on ponds before finally deciding to search for an experienced pond contractor. I had five contractors bid the bass pond project. Only Carl at Columbia Water Gardens really took the time to educate me enough in advance so we didn't over build or under build the pond. We ended up trusting Carl's advice to go as big as possible, and I'm so glad we did. I've had beautiful pools at all my houses, but we rarely used them. We are literally using the pond daily. If we're not swimming in the tropical temp crystal clear water with our friendly Bass, we are catching them with barbless flat hooks and I swear they like the game. Our dogs, kids, grandkids, friends, and lots of wildlife want to hang out at the pond over just about any other activity. I'm beyond thrilled and well over my fears of the process or the maintenance. It takes very little maintenance to keep the water clear as vodka. I will never build a pool again, that's for sure. Thank you Carl and team, you guys are the best.

Words cannot express how grateful I am with Columbia Water Gardens! I called them a few weeks ago because my Koi fish were slowly dying all of a sudden. I’ve had my pond for over 4 years and never experienced anything like it, so I call the pros for help. They did not even hesitate to help or say I needed an appointment. They asked all the questions they needed and after several phone calls they were able to point me in the right direction. I followed their instructions and was able to save the rest of my beloved koi. If you need help with your pond, do not hesitate to reach out to Columbia Water Gardens, you won’t regret it.

We had another vendor build our pond and it was screwed up. So we got hold of Columbia water gardens. They reworked everything and it came out great. We’ve had them do the pond service ever since. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Quick story. I purchased a home with a pond that appeared to be something I could self manage however, that was far from the truth! The hevpond needed some TLC that Carl and his team provided! The work was as quoted and then some! Professional, quality work at a great price!

Carl was absolutely first rate, he was always available and talked me through troubleshooting problems with a dying pump. He called me back and gave me sound advice , and was very patience with problem solving. My fish are thriving after 9 years , and for that you need someone who is on the same page , would recommend them without reservation .

We recently purchased our new home and it came with an amazing pond. We have zero knowledge of koi ponds. Colombia Water Gardens are the ones behind this build.
