I ordered sod online. I was told it would be delivered at 06:30. They truck pulled up at parked at 06:29. Exactly when they said it would. Took only a few minutes to unload 2300s sqft. They knew exactly where to drop it. They weren’t at my house for more than 15 minutes. My only issue was I never received an email confirmation when I placed my order. Otherwise, great experience. I will be ordering from them again when I complete my front yard.
*Update*
I did use QT for my front yard. I made a mistake and set up delivery for the wrong day. They were able to work with me for the correct day. They quoted me 9:30-10:30 for delivery. They showed up before 9:30 which I was thankful for. They called about 20 min prior to arrival. Great communication by them. Great prices. Great product. And this time they emailed me a receipt after ordering. Very refreshing to find a company that does what they say and listens to their customers. Would give more stars if I could.

Our beautiful turf looks amazing and brightened up our back yard. The fresh sod was delivered on time on pallets that we were able to return and receive $5.00 each back. There are still good companies out there and Quality Turf is one of them. Oh, and the 4 inches of snow that recently covered our turf didn't bother it a bit. The grass is still gorgeous.

I had been looking for sod to install for my backyard and I did a good amount of researching and by far Quality Turf exceeded my expectations. David was fantastic in talking about my project and for the handful of times we spoke, I never felt rushed or pressured to make that purchase. David understands that for the customer, it’s a big investment and made me feel super comfortable on the purchase. Lizette was super friendly as well and went above and beyond with answering some questions. When the sod arrived, it blew me away the unbelievable quality of fresh cut sod. I’ve seen different types of quality of sod from other farms and of course the big Home Improvement Stores and by far, Quality Turf sod is in superior level than the rest.

This family owned operation is amazing! I've known David for years and every time I have needed Sod he and his staff have always treated me well and their product has always exceeded my expectations. Recently David accommodated a special request and was very friendly in the process. I can not say the same for his competitors.
