Number one: we had five different companies bid our job and Iconic Floors offered the best price. Our installer has decades of experience and it showed from the quality of his work (imagine thousands of cuts to make everything fit) to the way he paid attention to our space (he put the old carpet down in the garage and used that area for all his tools) to the way he communicated clearly and locked up each night. We are very impressed and our floor looks amazing. He even handled the tricky transitions and found the perfect grout color.
