Best investment - the return is worth every penny! Their staging made the home go from being slightly outdated to feeling like a spa with everything tying together. We got six offers in one weekend and sold for $15,000 over asking price. We were worried about it appraising, but it looked so good when the appraiser walked in that there was no question in his mind that it met value. Their eye for detail is spot-on with just the right amount of items. The items she chose made it all tie together - like the grays that make the weird silver light fixtures work, and the stools that broke up the oak cabinets. She changed the whole feel of the house. It does not look overly staged or cheap, which is a big concern of mine when hiring a stager. Everything looked lux and was done just right. I highly recommend them. It will be the best money you spend getting your home ready to sell, since you'll get it back in the selling price.
