I called a day ahead and spoke with Christine to inquire about a Bradington Young Raiden sofa. She excitedly tells me that they have this sofa on their floor. I was happy to hear this and told her that we would be in the Sacramento area tomorrow, 10/26/2024, and would stop in to see this sofa. My family of 6 walk in (we were in Sac celebrating my grandson's bday going to all the places he wanted to go to) and we entered, we see an older gentleman and lady who just stood there and stared at us as if we were going to rob the place! Absolutely no greeting, no "hello can I help you" "welcome in" nothing! I had to speak to them first and told them that I had spoke to Christine yesterday about the Bradington Young sofa, she is the lady staring and immediately gets more enthusiastic and tells me that she is Christine! She walks us over to the sofa and begins telling us all about the sofa's features and how you can customize it. She barely listens to what I'm saying but several times tells us how I can "easily put down 20% today" or "put down half today," she repeats this about 4 times like a car salesman! We all actually loved the $19,737 sofa but their poor judgement of their customers turned me OFF immediately! Upon entering the store, I felt like we were being read (as did my family) and perhaps didn't fit their criteria of someone who could afford to make purchases there! So I just want to say that if you are a person of color, this is not where you will feel welcomed! I want to thank Christine for her time showing us this sofa but I will be purchasing it somewhere else because of our poor "Pretty Woman" shopping experience since US dollars spend everywhere! Christine,"You work on commission? Big, huge mistake!"
BTW, on a side note...you may want to remove the 2 hypodermic needles that we noticed (as we were leaving) were in your flower bed next your front door, those aren't very welcoming either!

Purchased custom made chairs for my home brought the extended warranty and cannot get them to honor it. I would not recommend This place they are crooks!!! Update still no credit for the warranty I paid for looks like all they care about is the dollar not customer care!!! Well it's been 2 years and still no response no credit for my warranty I guess they don't care I'll keep posting as time goes by to see if they ever send me a check

I had the displeasure of walking into this store today and being brushed off almost immediately. We were here for less than 5 minutes, but thats all it took for us to be dismissed. The woman (whose name I wasn’t able to get) hesitantly greeted us, and proceeded to let us know their store was “high end” before we were able to give her a budget. After we showed her what we were looking for she blankly stared at us and told us we should look else where. I’ve never had such a rude and disrespectful encounter. Definitely in need of customer service training.

While I love that this is a design center & there are hundreds of fabrics to choose from, this store felt outdated and was ridiculously expensive. I've been searching for a sofa all week and McCreery's has the highest prices by a long shot! The 2 stars are for the pleasant woman who greeted me shortly after I arrived.

I purchased a couch with three pillows in April of 2023. When my couch was delivered in July there was no pillows. Come to find out the fabric that I chose for my pillows was discontinued instead of contacting me for different fabric. They sent me three pillows. The different fabric that I did not choose and I did not like I returned to the store to pick out a different fabric in July and I still have not received my pillows. They're saying there's a mix up at the factory with the delivery, but whatever it is it's terrible. Terrible. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from mccreery's in the future

I have purchased furniture from McCreery's for over 30 years. There products are of such high quality that once I have fully decorated my home I've felt that I was set for a lifetime of use. The only problem with that theory was that I keep moving. But never a worry, Out on Auburn Blvd I always have the most reliable and friendly contacts to help me turn each new house into my dream home. I want to personally thank Greg for all his expertise and help on in furnishing my current, "retirement home."

It was interesting driving up to McCreery's. It stands out among the surrounding buildings. Once inside, it is like you're in a different world. The staff let us wonder around in the calmness of the store, before asking if we wanted any info. We decided on a rustic dresser and a sectional. The quality is amazing! A gigantic step from our Amazon prime sofa for sure! Overall great furniture store. We will definitely be going back for bedside tables, chairs and perhaps another dresser.
